Top war das "Wilde Klosterküche" Restaurant: Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend mit Fine Dining Menü - besonderes Glück hat man, wenn der Küchenchef, Christian Bauer, persönlich den Gang bringt, da er ausführlich und freundlich erklärt.
Das Zimmer war modern gestaltet, Nespressomaschine im Zimmer und Frühstück sehr gut.
Personal insgesamt recht freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten das erdgeschossige Eckzimmer im Nebenbau: auf drei Seiten sehr einsichtige Fenster direkt aufs Bett (vom Parkplatz, Hintereingang Rezeption/Küche und Gang). Zwar teilweise mit Plissees (aber auch kaputte). Um sich nicht wie in der Auslage zu fühlen, mussten wir am Nachmittag die Verdunkelungsvorhänge zuziehen...
Zum Fine Dining Menü: tolle Weine in der Weinbegleitung, aber der zwar ausgesprochen freundliche und nette Kellner stellte keinen Wein vor bzw. auf Nachfrage holte er die Weinflasche und lies uns das Etikett lesen. Da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben ;-)

Pros:

Ontbijt was vanaf 8 uur en we wilden graag eerder, maar kon niet op zaterdag. Is niet erg hoor, maar we moesten om 8 uur taxi hebben om verder te reizen.

Kleines sehr sauberes Einzel Zimmer. Ruhig. Kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Dusche und Bett top. Sehr (!) gutes Frühstück. Fahrrad Garage vorhanden!! Guter Service, sehr nett!

Zauberhafte Zimmer.

Cons:

Das leckere , selbst hergestellte Granola der Klosterküche wurde durch schnödes Normal- Müsli ersetzt. Ein Qualitätsverlust!
