Pros:

Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Hotel und Ort Neuzelle. Das Frühstück und Essen vom Sternekoch und Team ist sehr lecker und für Brandenburg außergewöhnlich! Das Küchen- und Serviceteam ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es lohnt sich das Kloster sowie die Brauerei zu besuchen. Eisenhüttenstadt ist gleichfalls für alle Architekturinteressierten einen Ausflug wert!

Dat ik slechts 1 nacht kon blijven, ik had heel graag langer gebleven :-)

Das Konzept für ein Klosterhotel ist verfehlt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war modernistisch und kühl, dem Namen eines Klosterhotels befremdlich
Das Frühstück war minimalistisch und Jogurt und Obst in kleinen Gläschen portioniert, die hoffentlich wiederverwendet werden und der Kaffee schmeckte nicht, es gab leider nur Filterkaffee

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wunderschöne Zimmer, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - und mehr. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch!

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut; frische Eierspeisen, alles hygienisch in einzelne Gläschen abgefüllt, sehr gutes frisches Brot, wenig Kunststoffverpackungen.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht wirklich bewerten, denn ich konnte dort leider kein Zimmer beziehen. Als ich am Anreisetag an der Rezeption stand, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass
von mir keine Buchung vorliegt und das Hotel ausserdem ausgebucht sei. Ich habe den Aufenthalt allerdings bereits im März 2025 gebucht und eine Bestätigung über Booking erhalten. Ebenfalls erhielt ich einen Tag vor Anreise noch eine E-Mail mit Hinweis auf die Check-In- Modalitäten. Zum Glück war der Anreiseweg überschaubar, so dass wir uverrichteter Dinge wieder abgereist sind.
Den 1 Punkt gibt es für das Trostbier aufs Haus. Echt Schade!

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Es war richtig gut. Besonders das Willkommenspaket für unseren Johnson inkl. Weihnachtsgeschenk fanden wir richtig gut!!! Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt

Cons:

die Fußbodenheizung im Bad lies sich nicht runter regeln. Somit war es so heiß im Bad, dass man kaum Luft bekommen hatte. Diese Hitze war im ganzen Zimmer … die Heizung war defekt
