Tolti piccoli disservizi nel complesso tutto molto buono. Personale cortese e disponibile a cui faccio i miei complimenti. Il garage piuttosto fatiscente infatti è un magazzino , scomodo , ma la direzione con molta cortesia mi ha fatto omaggio delle due serate di sosta.

Buon albergo di BUSINESS, situato in un punto strategico di L’Aquila, ad un passo dal casello autostradale e comunque vicino al centro storico. Molto cortese il personale, a partire dal ricevimento. Buona la colazione, silenziosa la stanza.

We had a great stay here! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The lady at reception was so helpful and made us feel welcome. Definitely would stay here again.

La camera era piccola, senza frigo-bar caffè in camera, senza cassaforte e telefono interno/esterno, insomma molto peggio di qualsiasi pensione Maria
Il servizio caffè e acqua era nel corridoio, quindi se si desiderava l’acqua di notte bisognava andare in corridoio
Poi una delle mie due notti è mancata la corrente in camera ( e senza alcun temporale) per cui si è accesa la luce di sicurezza, fastidiosissima, per cui non ho chiuso più occhio dalle tre di mattina.
Ma la mia domanda è: come fanno ad assegnare 4 stelle ad un albergo fuori le mura di una città importante?

Ho scelto questa struttura per la posizione ideale come base di partenza per le escursioni sul Gran Sasso. Scelta azzeccata anche per la facilità di check in e check out e la complessiva ottima qualità

Un giorno nella splendida l'Aquila
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, lussuoso e anche molto pulito. Colazione favolosa.. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito anche se a mio parere dovrebbe essere segnalato meglio dalla reception
