Very good hotel in the heart of the black forest
Pros:

The pool and sauna area was really clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel couldn't be better if you want to enjoy black forest. It's quite relaxing and you have a nice view to the landscape.

Cons:

The dinner in the evening was a little bit missing some spices, we both felt it wasn't that delicious by taste even though visually it looked super good. Everything was cooked very well, but just the taste was missing. That was a little bit disappointing because it was not only on one day the case but on all days we stayed there and we chose different menus, veg, meat, chicken, soup, but maybe that was our personal preference that we would like to have it more flavorful and tasty.

the view from our bedroom.
lovely staff ,especially the restaurant manager .
clean rooms , great bathroom.

Cons:

no air condition or ceiling fan in bedrooms . The food needs to match the place, a little bit more modernized, our expectations were higher.
would have loved un outdoor pool

De spa en het zwembad, het restaurant terras, de locatie

Cons:

Te warm. Geen airco op de kamer. Ventilator op aanvraag maar werd pas de volgende ochtend verteld.

Pros:

Die Suite war wunderschön. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Essen war immer super lecker.
Im Wellnessbereich gibt es genügend Platz für die Gäste.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten,ruhigen Lage.

Die Parkplatzsituation war teilweise etwas schwierig
