Ruhiges Hotel mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal zum Erholen und Kraft tanken.
Pros:

Ausgesprochenes freundliches Personal.
Das Essen war lecker und die Ruhe im ganzen Haus sehr erholsam.

Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, die Küche hervorragend und die Sauberkeit top. Dafür ein grosses Lob!

Cons:

Leider hätte uns eine kurze Information über die Tunnelschiessung über eine Stunde Umweg erspart. Stattdessen erhielten wir Angebotsnachrichten.

In der Wellness-Tasche fehlten Hausschlappen. Das Badezimmer mit Glastüre fanden wir wenig vorteilhaft und der Wellnessbereich ist eher überschaubar.

Auch die Ruhe im Ruheraum war nicht gegeben: Vor der Tür wurde gesaugt und die Türen fielen laut ins Schloss. Das Teehaus dient als Durchgangsbereich und die Fenster im Wellnessbereich standen ständig offen.

- offre spa limitée (3 saunas, 1 petit hammam et une petite piscine intérieure trop froide où jouaient des enfants)

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ich hatte eine Gesichtsbehandlung, diese war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute voll entspannend, die Kosmetikerin war sehr einfühlsam, hat es wirklich super gemacht! Sie hat mich gut beraten und auch Zeit dafür genommen. Vielen Dank für diese erholsame und schöne Zeit bei euch.

Super Kurzurlaub 👍
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, und doch einem familiären Charakter. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht toll.
Frühstück ist sehr gut und bis 11 Uhr ist eine super Zeit für ein Spa Hotel. Die Anwendungen sind auch toll und alles nicht zu esoterisch.☺️

Cons:

Es war alles super soweit. Unser Studio hatte keine A/C.
Ich kann mir vorstellen das es im Sommer sehr warm wird unter dem Dach. 😪
