Beautiful apartment in a prime location, excellent staff
Pros:

The apartment is spacius and beautiful, facing Hyde Park, very close to Royal Albert Hall. Bus stop right in front of the building. The staff were very kind and helpful, seeking to identify solutions to issues. Special praise to Emily, who has been in constant touch with us trying to resolve any issue.
We were allowed to check in early, with no extra charge, which we appreciated. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Heating was not functioning when we arrived, neither the radiators not the AC. The next day we have received oil radiators to address the problem and later the air con heating was resolved. So eventually the situation was remedied and we have also received a discount for the unpleasant situation. Although this has been frustrating, the way in which the staff dealt with it was commendable. Tube stations are 10 mins walk from the apartment, but bus stations are nearby.
