Mala gestión de reserva y atención al cliente
Cons:

Realicé una reserva en Booking.com para Hotel Frutillar donde el precio publicado era de 126,68 USD.

Posteriormente el hotel solicitó que el pago se realizara directamente mediante un link enviado por correo, es decir, fuera de la plataforma de Booking. El monto finalmente cobrado fue mayor al precio que aparecía publicado en la página.

Cuando solicité la cancelación con aproximadamente un mes de anticipación, el hotel rechazó cualquier tipo de reembolso aplicando una política de “no reembolsable”, a pesar de que el pago se realizó directamente con el hotel y bajo condiciones distintas a las publicadas inicialmente.

El caso incluso fue ingresado al Servicio Nacional del Consumidor, pero el hotel no respondió al proceso de mediación.

Lamentablemente la gestión de la reserva y la atención al cliente fueron muy decepcionantes.

Bastante bueno precio calidad.
Pros:

Sí me gustó.

Cons:

La habitación 17, quedaba debajo de la lavandería.
Tenían cuidado de no emitir ruidos, pero no tiene losa e igualmente se escuchaban pasos.

A friendly and convenient place to explore the area around Frutillar.
Pros:

The breakfast was yummy. The apartment had a small kitchen that allowed us to make lunch sandwiches. With the little freezer we were able to make ice for beverages. The "secret garden" was a pleasant place to relax. The location made it easy to walk to the restaurants and shops in town.

Cons:

Our bedroom was on the second floor and the bathroom was on the first floor so we had to be careful in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Nos gustó especialmente la ubicación y la atención del personal, de verdad muy destacable. El lugar es acogedor y el desayuno es bastante completo.

Buena cama y sábanas de calidad.

Hay una oferta reducida pero muy buena de cafetería, coctelería y tablas de picoteo. Vale la pena probarlas.

Tuvimos oportunidad de conversar con los dueños y se nota el interés es hacer bien las cosas y seguir mejorando.

Cons:

Sólo a modo de aporte, se echa de menos una o dos botellas de agua de cortesía que se repongan diariamente.

La amabilidad del personal y el entorno en el que se encontraba. La calefacción en las habitaciones.

Cons:

Que no cambiaran las toallas y al mismo tiempo exigieran que no debían tener ninguna mancha. Que no se cambiara el jabón de manos. Para el precio, considero que era muy caro en cuanto a calidad-precio.
