From the moment we walked in the receptionist was very friendly and helpfull nothing was to much trouble as were all the staff they all went out of their way to help also location was excellent next to the white rock theatre breakfast was also excellent they had excellent beer on hand pull we managed to get a parking space behind hotel will definitely be coming back back

The room was well equipped with everything you need. Excellent breakfast. The location right on the seafront was also convenient for walking into the town.
Being on the front the traffic was a bit noisy even though the widows were double glazed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location opposite beach was excellent. Parking in the hotel car park is limited, but we had no problem finding a space.

The bathroom only has a rain shower, so if you don't want to wash your hair every time, it's difficult to shower comfortably.
There were long black hairs on both the sink and the bathtub, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness.
The furniture was old and had a strong unpleasant smell.
Very good and staff accommodated my requests
The food and hospitality were good; everyone was friendly and paid attention to detail with customer needs. Breakfast was hearty and filling and questions were answered with honesty.
The room was very warm, and I couldn't tell whether the radiator was on or off. Providing a fan in the rooms, especially during summertime, would be great. There were no do-not-disturb signs in the room, which was a matter of concern, especially if I were using the bathroom.
