We just did not like the atmosphere or our surroundings. We got locked out of the hotel when our entrance keys did not work.

We did not like the room and the atmosphere of the hotel. We got locked out of the hotel when our door scan keys did not work.

You must pay for everything including taking out your own trash. The phone was missing a phone cord in order to operste the phone. The pleather chair was torn. Mystery stains on the walls. I had to get a light bulb for the lamp. I did not realize there were 0 ammenties including kleenex. People smoking weed throughout the entire rear lot. Shrimp, chicken bones, steak bomes, and trash along the exterior that my service dog had to avoid. The room felt like a prison cell.

Immediately walking in the room smelled horrible. Then all the bedding had stains, the lamp shade had stains and the chair was so heavily worn the springs were almost exposed. There was a used qtip in the shower drain, the seal around the tub was falling off and wierd hair on the counter. The floor was sticky everywhere in the room, felt filthy.

It was ok if i would of known its like an apartment where people live i would of never booked thereit was my first and last time staying at this place

Entry door was broken. Had to walk all the way around and access the property.

First and last stay there!

No hot water , No pans to cook anything if you would want to this is a kitchenette .and that is it i feel that they could do better.

For the price, you are not gonna beat this. This is the type of place.I could stay comfortably for a week

Booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms was a smelly odor. Called the front desk and next night, smell was better but still lingered.
Also, knock on door at 5:30am and the room above us let the water in the bath overflow and was leaking down into ours.
OK for the price but would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.

It was a little muggy in the room, but once I opened the window it was all good.

The staff was EXCELLENT

Room is in need of an update.

Wasn't what expecting or advertised. Extended stay with no cleaning, new linens, or change of sheets only every 14 days, if wanted cleaning, linens, towels had to pay. Suppose to be kitchenette, no utensils, toaster, plates, or coffee pot. Had to buy from front desk if wanted any. Really not what advertised, never again!!!

The couch and chair in my room were too old, and the vinyl was peeling off. Very unattractive.
