Pros:

2 bathrooms was great, location was also very good however maintenance of property was VERY poor, would not take a lot of effort to make it nice and I wonder why this hasn’t happened.

Pros:

Location was great but communication was not. They were supposed to provide with extra bedding I called then as soon as I arrive abs they said they would take care of it for me but they didn’t call me back and we had to have non couple sleeping together.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Location is amazing. Right in the thick of things in downtown Toronto, Entertainment district. 4 blocks from train station and across the street from the CN Tower and Stadium. I had an issue with a missing fob for the underground parking that was not handled well by the management company. The unit is utilitarian and worn but with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage, a kitchen, a terrific location and a thousand square feet - the trade off is fine. Noise is an issue - but you are in downtown Toronto.... use earplugs. I would book again, but would need to know a parking fob was attached to the unit unless I was training it. Pros:

Fantastic location - very close to convention centre, and train from the airport - also close to theatres and lots of restaurants.
Spacious, with everything you could need. Also, nice and clean.
The staff at the premises are very friendly and helpful also.
Be sure that you know how to get the keys before you arrive.
Highly recommended!

Place was filthy dirty from kitchen to bathrooms. TV and Wi Fi were not working upon arrival either.
