Pros:

Wir waren hier als Familie für drei Tage und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Anlage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, mit viel Grün, dem tollen Pool und einem kleinen Teich mit Koi Karpfen. Hier kann man gut entspannen und eine Tour zu diversen Attraktionen in der Gegend starten.
Das Personal was super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch von unterwegs konnten wir uns Tips geben und helfen lassen.
Zu essen waren wir abends im Com Nieu Viet Xua, dort war das Essen sehr lecker, auch einheimische zu Besuch und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage zu Tran Ang und Tam Coc, wobei uns das nicht gestört hat und die Unterkunft ohne weiteres empfehlen können bzw. das nächste Mal wieder kommen würden.

Superb
Pros:

The space is lovely, the staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our bus and ended up checking in at 3 or 4 in the night. We were still welcomed with smiles.
The bed was very comfortable, the room pretty and spacious.
The location is great if you want to visit Bai Dinh pagoda.

Cons:

It was sometimes a bit hard to communicate orally as the young man working there was not speaking English very well. No problem with writing, and he was clearly trying hard to understand what we wanted.
We wished there were a bit more vegan options in the breakfast. We only had banh mi with raw veggies and that's all. Tofu would have been nice.
