Superb
Pros:

The space is lovely, the staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our bus and ended up checking in at 3 or 4 in the night. We were still welcomed with smiles.
The bed was very comfortable, the room pretty and spacious.
The location is great if you want to visit Bai Dinh pagoda.

Cons:

It was sometimes a bit hard to communicate orally as the young man working there was not speaking English very well. No problem with writing, and he was clearly trying hard to understand what we wanted.
We wished there were a bit more vegan options in the breakfast. We only had banh mi with raw veggies and that's all. Tofu would have been nice.
