Great location, very close to the train station. Spotless, comfortable room and bed. It was a great stay for a weekend Nikko trip. Very helpfull staff!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the station and many restaurants. The friendly staff and the clean room are its biggest strengths. The hotel also has luggage lockers, so you can leave your bags there before check-in. This is very convenient.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is in a convenient location, across from a convenience store and not far from the bus stop.

I found the bed comfortable, I enjoyed the privacy with the locked doors, and I enjoy the onsen bath although I saw nobody else using it so it might be strange for others. I’ve been living in Japan for years but maybe someone who is just visiting Nikko might be put off, since there are no other bathing facilities. I always enjoy the tv at the foot of the bed!
Neighboring beds were a bit too loud in the morning but that isn’t the hotels fault. I wish there were an area for women only, but it’s fine, since all of the doors to the capsules lock.
