The Inn at Old Nauvoo

Terrible uncomfortable beds, no hot tub, no warning about past restaurants being closed in Nauvoo, tub shower leaking water in tub weakening shower water pressure, torn screen in the window, nasty manager not believing my insomnia because the beds were so bad. We will never stay there again nor advise others to stay there.

Clean in a very old building. It was a maze of rooms! More signs at intersections would have been helpful.

Was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. It was quite expensive. The staff was almost hostile. It smelled a little. The room felt dirty. There was no ice.

Felt like an infamous tourist trap where the owners were intent on raking the guests for the most they could with the least expense possible.

I don’t usually comment too much, but it was that bad!

With the high prices they charge, the should be able to do something right for the customers.

They were accommodating regarding a 1 hour late check out. Wish they had breakfast.

The location is great but the hotel is awful. Spiders and bugs in rooms. Pillows were rock hard. The hotel didn’t have ice!! The temps were heat advisery high and there wasn’t one ice machine working in the hotel. AWFUL!

Great stay. Loved the big stay where we could both use at the same time.

The restaurant is not a restaurant. You need to order from an actual restaurant to eat in it.
Also they say they have a hot tub but they don’t.
Can use new carpet as well in the rooms. Staff was amazing.

Excellent location, clean room.

Room decore was very limited no where to even put your clothes

Roomy, clean. Conditions seem to vary some from room to room (viz. TV size, carpeting vs. hard floor). We were by the laundry, so staff & equipment got kind of noisy at times. Locking mechanism on window was broken. Nauvoo is a very seasonal attraction, so lodging & dining venues there probably have a hard time making a go of it.

Good family stay.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but the shower never had warm or hot water. Three days, only lukewarm water.

It was a quick night before we moved into missionary apartment. It was quiet it was easy and it was a fair price.

Would not stay there again. The walls are very thin & not well insulated. We were on the ground floor and the people above us were very noisy!! No phone in the room!! Bed was comfortable. No food on property!

My wife felt the bed was too hard.

I love how family friendly this hotel is! The owners are exceptional people, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. I only wish the TVs were smart TVs so we could've watched Conference on YouTube in the room. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
