The receptionist forgot to tell us the internet access password and I had to get out of bed in my pajamas to go down to the reception to give me the password.

O ședere confortabilă
Pros:

Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut ca am avut posibilitatea sa luam si celelalte mese ale zilei la restaurantul hotelului. Găsești preparate clasice, dar bine gătite si la prețuri mult mai bune decât in centrul Clujului. La mic dejun găsești suficiente preparate ca sa îți începi ziua bine. Piscina de la World Class a fost un bonus. De dimineață, de la ora 8 este mai liberă. Camerele sunt spațioase, curate si ni s-a făcut curățenie zilnic in cameră. Apa caldă mereu si o temperatura ridicata in cameră, perfect pentru sezonul rece.

Cons:

Vine câteodată un miros de la aerisirea din baie, nu e foarte deranjant.
La recepție ma așteptam sa primesc mai multe informații (de la ce ora este mic dejunul, cum se face accesul la piscina, unde sunt lifturile cand te cazezi).Informațiile le primești doar daca pui tu întrebările.

Pros:

Szép a kilátás Kolozsvárra a szobákból.

Cons:

Ha nagyon kell írni valamit, akkor annyit tudok, hogy csak egy kis szemetes volt a fürdőszobában, ami kb. 1 pelenkától azonnal megtelt. A személyzet tagjai közül nagyon kevesen beszéltek magyarul.

Voda z kohoutku zřejmě nebyla v pořádku a bylo nám po ní špatně. Personál celkem ochotný, ale trochu nepříjemný.
