Séjour ok. Hôtel très limité en période de Pâques.

Jó kis szállás volt ez
Pros:

Kilátás a hotelből, ingyenes parkolás, tisztaság, kedves személyzet, uszoda és szauna az árban, jó az olvasólámpa

Cons:

A párna (de ez szubjektív), kicsit kopottas padlószőnyeg, az uszoda+szauna nem kizárólag a hotelhez tartozik, hanem külsősök is használják (sőt, bár ottlétünkkor így is kevesen voltak), úszósapka kötelező, amiről nem tudtunk, a reggeli közepes, az étterem esti nyitvatartása vacsorázáshoz értelmezhetetlen. A hotel nagy, de úgy tűnt, nagyon kevés vendég volt.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, de a reggeli menü lehetne valamivel gazdagabb és jobb minőségű.

Jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. A személyzet kedves és segítőkéz volt.

Cons:

A reggeli elég szegényes volt, minimális választékkal. Gyümölcs választék kicsi fonnyadt almákból és zöld banánokból állt.

The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking Kolozsvár, and historically it is a very special place.
Pros:

For me, this is also personal. I spent a lot of time here as a child in the 1980s, when the atmosphere felt much more connected to the region’s Hungarian roots and cultural diversity. Back then, it had a warmer, more open character.

Cons:

Today, unfortunately, that feeling has largely disappeared. The place feels noticeably more rigid and less reflective of the multicultural heritage that once defined it. As someone with Hungarian background and memories tied to this hotel, this change is disappointing.

It’s still a location with huge potential, but it no longer carries the same spirit it once did. I wish it better reflected the history and cultural balance that made it unique in the past.

Cons:

Im Restaurant war am Abend die Hälfte der Gerichte auf der Karte nicht einmal bestellbar. Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie qualitativ unzureichend und die Auswahl enttäuschend; es hätte gerade einmal 1-2 Sterne verdient. Die Fernsehkanäle am Zimmer waren ein liebloses, beliebiges Durcheinander. Als Gast erwarte ich zumindest eine Programmgruppe in meiner Muttersprache, also Deutsch und Englisch. Ich musste eine Liste erstellen und dann die Kanäle manuell eintippen. Weiterhin hat mich sehr gestört, im Hallenbad eine Badekappe tragen zu müssen, die ich noch dazu käuflich erwerben musste. Andere Hotels sind hier nicht dermaßen pingelig. Wenn Sie Gäste gewinnen und nicht verscheuchen wollen, so sollte Ihr Management einiges ändern, die Zeiten des Kommunismus sind glücklicherweise vorbei!
