Pros:

The staff
The view of the city from the balcony.

Cons:

No safety deposit box in the room, but should be according to the double room facilities.
I found some insects in the room
They shouldn't be there, very basic room clean-up.
Very basic breakfast, bad coffee disappointing 😕😞
No hair shampoo and such stuff in the bathroom, only liquid soap.
All in all, not a pleasant experience for me.

Durchwachsen, wobei das Personal sehr höflich ist, da gibt es schon mal nen Kaffee vorab.
Pros:

Im Grunde kein schlechtes Hotel, ist nur in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist gut, Hatte einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt.

Cons:

Die Sauna, nur mit Bekleidung, befindet sich in einem öffentlichen Schwimm-Bereich. Von Wellness Feeling keine Spur.

Hotel nie do końca spełnił nasze wymagania
Pros:

Dobre śniadania na krótki okres pobytu. Wybór nie jest zbyt duży, ale można coś dla siebie znaleźć. Widok z balkonu na plus. Obsługa poprawna.

Cons:

Po zameldowaniu dowiedzieliśmy się, że basen nie jest czynny. Prawdopodobnie z powodu remontu. Nie dostaliśmy wcześniejszej informacji o zamknięciu basenu. Właśnie z powodu basenu zdecydowaliśmy się na ten hotel i zapłaciliśmy więcej niż normalnie za hotele w Kluż Napoka. To nie jest uczciwe ze strony hotelu, ponieważ jest to wprowadzenie w błąd.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel in schöner Lage.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, genügend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Das Umfeld des Hotels könnte etwas gepflegter sein, da es eine tolle Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt hat. Viel Flugverkehr über der Stadt.
Zum Zimmer, die (abwischbaren) Kissen sind unangenehm, mögen hygienisch sein, aber unbequem. AC aber gut. Auswahl beim Frühstück etwas begrenzt.

Nicht empfehlenswert - und ich bin niemand, der motzt.
Pros:

Das einzig Positive am Hotel ist die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, weil es auf einem Berg am Rand der Innenstadt liegt und über ganz viele Treppen (nachts unbeleuchtet) erreichbar ist.
Parkplatz vor der Tür vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in den 70er Jahren gebaut und seitdem wurde nichts mehr renoviert. Im Treppenhaus hat größtenteils der Bodenbelag gefehlt. Scheinbar waren mehrere Stockwerke des Hotels außer Betrieb.
Schwimmbad und Wellnesbereich hatten komplett geschlossen.
Frühstücksbuffet gibt gab es nicht immer. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort eingebucht. Am ersten Tag musste man dem Kellner sagen, was man essen möchte. Er hat das auch serviert. Am zweiten Tag gab es Buffet.
Die Zimmer waren nicht unbedingt sauber. Es wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nicht geputzt und kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Aber ein Mann hat im Flur und im Ablauf des Badezimmers Gift gespritzt - auch in die Schächte hinter den Holzvertäfelungen im Flur.
