Dezamăgire totală.
Pros:

Este în apropiere de multe obiective istorice ale Iașului

Cons:

Cred că acest hotel a rămas în aceleași condiții pe care le avea și pe vremea lui
Ceaușescu,Nu s-aînbunătățit nimic,decât sa așazat uzura timpului,mai ales peste uși și mobilier.Păcat,mare păcat ,hotelul fiind așezat într-o zonă foarte bună Conducere 0!

Pentru o noapte, e ok.
Pros:

Locație excelentă, chiar vizavi de Palatul Culturii și Palas Mall.
Parcare sigura, in fața hotelului, priveliște frumoasă din cameră.
Raport calitate/ preț destul de ok.

Cons:

Hotelul are nevoie urgenta de renovare, pare încremenit în timp, e prafuit la propriu și la figurat. De la mobila din camere, lambriuri, lifturi etc, totul e vechi.
Micul dejun ar putea fi îmbunătățit. Selecție foarte slăbuță la dulciuri și fructe, sucurile sunt de calitate proasta.
Chiar trebuie să puneți farfurii mici, de desert, pentru micul dejun?
Mai aveați puțin și puneați un afiș cu " nu vă puneți mult în farfurie".
