Gorgeous place, fantastic stay
Pros:

Beautiful setting, lovely spacious room and bathroom, lots of amenities and the staff were really friendly

The location was amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely attentive.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Channels. The room, the breakfast and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The room was immaculately clean and everything around us looked prestin. Lovely location in the beautiful countryside. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We'll definitely becoming back. The whole experience was just fabulous.

loved it! my colleagues have all marked this hotel to stay in when we are in the area
Pros:

room was amazing - the grounds are amazing and staff are out of this world, so helpful and friendly.
no request was an issue, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are full of character and very comfortable

Cons:

nothing, there is nothing not to love about this place.

Cons:

The cafe staff was eager to close down even before closing time. I had ordered coffee to come after our lunch, but when I came to remind them for it, 5 minutes to 3pm (when they're supposed to close), she was adamant that they're closing in a few minutes and can't make the coffee even though there were still many people in the cafe. With a bit of convincing, they made one for me, which took them less than a minute.
