Pros:

Location was great. Near the Canadian Expo center where the event we attended was held.

Cons:

Desk clerk had trouble finding my reservation. I don't know if the hotel was at fault or Booking.com. I didn't much care for the pillows either,but that was personal comfort.

Our stay was good, easy to navigate, peaceful stay.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was really nice. Very personable. I think her name was Lindsey. She made our welcoming very humble.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Pros:

Just about everything worked. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, no glitches.

Cons:

Location is good for the interstate, but - no fault of the hotel - restaurants nearby could have been a bit better.
