Just about everything worked. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, no glitches.
Location is good for the interstate, but - no fault of the hotel - restaurants nearby could have been a bit better.

The distance from where I needed to be.
The pool was dirty, the elevators were down. The workout equipment was broken.

This place was a mess! Nothing worked! We spent 1 night and it was a disaster! ALL 3 of the treadmills and 1 of the bikes were broken in the fitness center. Also in the fitness room no towels or advertised free earbuds to operate and hear the TV were available. Couldn't get signed in to wifi in my room, went downstairs to the 24/7 computer lab, couldn't get in there, complained to front desk, she said it was closed....the 24/7 computer room was CLOSED! Then the morning came and the elevators were broken, and we were on the 3rd floor! My husband and I had to climb up and down the stairs 4 times to get all our stuff back in the car....and their free breakfast was nasty, burnt bacon! Hilton should be horrified their name is on this Hampton Inn!

Construction crews drinking in the parking lot. Elevator is sketchy at best. Shower had not been refilled with shampoo and conditioner.
I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn! The hotel was [clean/comfortable/well located/etc.], and the staff was [friendly/helpful/professional]. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, updated, very clean, and I especially liked that this room came with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker!
The location was convenient for I40 Travelers and overall it was a pleasant experience.
The front staff was friendly, and it was a clean reception area, the breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 am! Such a good stay!
I was overcharged for overpriced room.Not only once but twice called to resolve it, the front desk argued with me.And was very rude.I left my phone number to speak to the manager and still have never received a call back yet. So no I will not be staying at this property or a hampton property for that matter.For any of my business or leisure

I can’t remember if it had a walk in shower or not. Tubs are obsolete
The staff was freindly, clean room, comfortable bed, shower and bathroom was big and loved the set up, and loved the breakfast and so much variety to choose from.
