Over-priced, budget-level hotel. Wish we had found a B&B.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and offered healthy alternatives (chia and oatmeal).Room was mostly clean. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Not enough amenities: facial wipes, Q-tips, makeup wipes. Kitchen was clean, however it waspoorly equipped for its use, example: no spoons! Just knives and forks no scissors no large pots for boiling water only one kitchen towel. Cheap coffee in the room nothing to write on or with. Felt like a budget hotel, but with a high price tag. Found a rotten piece of fruit underneath the couch when I was looking for something I dropped.

Clean, attentive staff, great amenities, close to downtown & will definitely book again next summer!
Pros:

Check in was a breeze, staff were friendly & informative of everything offered during our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfy, the kitchenette was awesome to have to store extra food & drinks during our stay for a lacrosse tournament. My son and friends enjoyed the pool and basketball court- I enjoyed the easy access to Tree House :)

Cons:

Only one elevator was working and our room was third floor, just had to be strategic on where to park but lugging our stuff up and down each day was the only negative
