We go to Houston frequently this is a great hotel to stay from now on, the location is perfect.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet, staff were amazing specially Rodney at the front desk,. He reached out seeral times to make sure we have everything we need.

Cons:

The Mattress felt a little overworked and could use an upgrade or at least a mattress topper, but not a very big deal.

Not bad for a short stay
Pros:

Ms. Kia and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere

Cons:

Both time I request for the room to be clean it was not. I could have did what was done. And the most disappointing part was that I wasted a drink in the bed and asked for have the sheet change and all they did was make up the bed.

Very happy with our experience
Pros:

This was a pleasant experience. Our room was wonderful. Everything was super clean. Our room was located by the laundry and gym. The place was quiet. With only the morning staff laughing loudly as they started their day, which we could hear from the hall. Overall we were very pleased. It was a comfortable home feel. We will look to stay here again the next time we are in Houston.
