Overall, my stay was wonderful. I cannot stress how clean and quiet the hotel was.
Pros:

The location was perfect, around a 5 minute drive from Memorial City and only 15-20 minutes from all the Houston hot spots. The room was clean and the hotel itself was very quiet.

Cons:

Upon check-in, the staff member did not seem very welcoming, nor did she mention anything about how much the incidental charge would be. I later asked a different staff member about the incidentals and was given a clear answer.
