Nothing
The rooms were clean and well stocked. The housekeeping also came by and made sure we had enough towels and emptied the trash. The person who worked the front was very friendly and helpful.
The heat and ac made our room always either too cold or too hot. There are not a lot of options for channels on tv. The lights remote was confusing.
The room was spacious, the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was amazing.

The room was extremely dirty when we arrived, with pieces of garbage thrown around, and a carpet that can't remember when was it cleaned last.
I asked for cleaning, was told that it'll happen - it never did, (and I stayed 3 nights).
I asked on the same day that I arrived (around 4pm), I asked the day after, and the evening after...
The room was made only once on the course of a 3 night stay, and the garbage remained as it was.
The refrigerator kept making loud knocking noises, (that woke us up, more than once at night)... the maintenance guy came after two nights, heard it for himself, promised to look at it, and later on, left us with a note, saying that he checked with the company, and the noise is 'normal'.
When checking out, the front desk lady, didn't even bother to ask how was my stay. Not surprising, as apparently, that don't really care.
In the below photos you can see some of the dirt that we found on the floor/carpet when we arrived (and it was still there 3 days later...)
charge food items to room. card access at front door after hours. place for pets to use restroom. Colorful breakfast selections.
Could use better water pressure in unit 116....Real eggs not powdered at breakfast. Real sausage patties with some taste at breakfast and a waffle maker available.
