Das Hotel ist in der Innenstadt und in direkter Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - somit eine gute Adresse um Kassel zu erkunden.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das angeschlossene Arosa Hotel ist schon etwas moderner. Das Frühstück ist für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.
Wie immer freundliches Personal, immer Hilfsbereit. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das upgrade.
Gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Geräumiges Zimmer, etwas hellhörig.
Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen.

Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut für ältere Gäste nicht zu empfehlen
Gut: Parkmöglichkeiten. Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Neutral: Da ohne Klimaanlage bei Hitze sehr warme Zimmer.
The decor is stuck in the 70s. There was no air con and no fridge! The bed was OK and it was clean at least. The owners were not particularly friendly either. The only plus side is that it is right next to the tram stop! It was functional, but we will find somewhere else next time in Kassel.

Huone oli hulppea ja hyväkuntoinen, parveke! Sijainti Wilhelmhöhen rautatieaseman ja keskustan puolivälissä hyvin toimiva! Hyvät ratikkayhteydet molempiin suuntiin, kävely keskustaan 17 min.
Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Service und Freundlichkeit so lala. Hervorzuheben war das sehr gute Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und das Angebot an Tageszeitungen.
카셀 반홉에서 걸어서 15분~20분 걸리고 직원들 친절해요. 저렴하고 방 컨디션도 괜찮은데 물 수압이 좀 약합니다. 따뜻한물은 잘 나와요.

Gemütliches Hotel für Geschäftsreise und Städtetrip. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder!
Hier ist ein guter Platz, um zügig vom Bahnhof und weiter zur Stadtmitte zu kommen. Es geht in diesem Hotel sehr sauber und korrekt zu. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Positiv: sauber, freundliches Personal, gut erreichbar.
Negativ: recht renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem Bad; ganz laut; in meinem Zimmer konnte man leider die Vorhänge nicht zuziehen, keine Rolläden vorhanden.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay en route to Bavaria from the North of Germany. It is located on a busy road leading to the famous 'Wilhelmshoehe' Park and Monument and the fact that we could park just outside the hotel on a parking metre basis was a real bonus.
We were greeted by a very friendly and clean-cut young man who showed us to our room and helped us in our desire to take one of the impressive trams into the city centre.
The room was on the small/dark side, but it had a welcome bath/shower attached and two separate beds (as reserved) Despite the proximity to a main thoroughfare and city, it was extremely quiet and the beds were really comfortable.
The breakfast room was a revelation--a large ballroom appeared to have been converted into an impressive restaurant with chandeliers and parkland views. The lady in charge looked after us exceptionally well:she was a character for whom nothing was too much trouble....
On leaving the hotel, the young female receptionist was really friendly and helpful and directed us to other sights worth seeing in and around Kassel.
