Hiç ama hiç özen gösterilmemiş bir otel. Odaları yatakları odaların içinde yer alan malzemeler çok kötüydü. Herşey dahil olarak tatili satın aldım fakat hijyen SIFIR!! Servis personellerinin üstundeki tişörtler leş gibiydi,servis edilen yiyecek ve içecekler özensiz pis yerlerde servis ediliyordu. Herşey dahil olarak gittim ama son gece yemeğimi dışarda yemek zorunda kaldım…

Nichts. Es war einfach nur grauenvoll!

Çalışanlar otelin adını lekelemek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ne banyo havlusu alabildim, ne odamı temizletebildim, temizlik sıfır çalışanlar küstah, hiç memnun kalmadım ne birdaha giderim ne de tavsiye ederim…

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The pool area was incredibly dangerous – the steps were broken with rusty nails sticking out, and I ended up cutting my foot open badly. I contacted Love Holidays with photos of the issues, including serious health and safety concerns, but they refused to change my hotel or offer a refund.

The pool itself was filthy, and the entire hotel was poorly maintained. There were many other problems throughout the property that were unsafe and could potentially lead to even more serious accidents—one of which could have left babies at risk of drowning. This is NOT a place for families to stay, and I would highly advise against bringing children here.

The games room was absolutely disgusting – so dusty you would need to wear a mask just to step inside, and it looked like birds could be forming nests from the ceiling. The condition was beyond unacceptable.

To top it off, our balcony door was broken, and the front door was also faulty. The so-called "maintenance person" came with a spanner and simply bodged the wood to try and fix the door. This is certainly not a 5-star experience, and the lack of proper maintenance is shocking.

The staff were rude, couldn’t speak English, and made it impossible to address the many issues. Despite showing Love Holidays the photos, they still seem intent on promoting this hotel, even with all the serious hazards. I will be seeking legal advice and support regardless, and I will never use Love Holidays again, as they’ve shown no care for customer safety or satisfaction.

This hotel is a major health hazard. If you value your family’s safety, stay away. Absolutely disgusted with this experience.

Otele giriş yaptık, bavulları taşıyan çocuk gayet kibar hoş sohbet etti, o da temizliğindeki bayan iyiydi, her istediğimizi yaptı ,sahile yakın barlardaki çalışanlar isteklerimizi kibarca karşıladı ancak tek olduğu için resmen içecek almak için kuyruğa girdik, ayrıca restoran bölümünde hijyen sıfırın altında 2 tane bez 3 gün boyunca çalışanların elinde hiç sıkılıp yıkanmamış kuru bir şekilde masaların üzerinde gezdi aç kalmamak için karnımızı doyurduk, 3 gün beyaz et çıktı sadece bir gün bir yemeğin içinde kırmızı et çıktı. Bir daha bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğimize eminiz .Otelin konumu çok iyi fakat bizce sahibi bu konumu hak etmiyor, işletme yönetim de sıkıntı var, denetim yok. Aquaparkta kay kayların yarısı çalışmıyor, fotograflarda göründüğü gibi de değil....

My wife and I stayed at Risus Aqua Beach Resort from 20/06/2025 to 30/06/2025 for what was meant to be our honeymoon — and it was honestly the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

This hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort but wouldn’t even qualify as 3 stars. Here are just some of the problems we faced:
• Our room was never cleaned once in 10 days, even though we kept asking.
• We were given one towel for the entire stay, which we had to share. No fresh towels, no beach towels — ever.
• The food was completely inedible and actually made my wife sick for two days. We ended up eating out almost every day, which cost us a lot of extra money.
• The only drinks available were beer and water — no soft drinks, cocktails, or anything else.
• The room smelled disgusting; staff tried to hide it by putting urinal mats over the drains.
• The room we were put in wasn’t the upgraded room we paid extra for — staff demanded even more money to move us into the correct one.
• The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.
• Staff were rude and dismissive, ignoring us and serving locals first at the bar.
• TV didn’t work, smoke alarms were broken (a huge safety risk), and the lift was out of order most of the time.
• Light fittings were hanging off the walls and ceiling. Both rooms we saw were filthy.
• The air conditioning barely worked, making it almost impossible to sleep.
• The paths around the hotel had broken decking, and my wife fell — staff didn’t even check if she was okay.
• There was a constant foul smell in the reception area that made us feel sick.

We booked this as our honeymoon, and it caused us nothing but stress, disappointment, and unexpected extra costs. The photos and descriptions on booking sites are completely misleading.

Avoid this hotel at all costs — it is absolutely not what it claims to be, and it ruined what should have been a special time for us.

Don’t let the photos deceive you, this hotel is nothing like what’s advertised. The water from the taps ran yellow/brown, making it impossible to shower, wash our hands, or brush our teeth for two full days. We avoided using it entirely until we managed to move to another hotel.

The pools were filthy, clearly neglected for weeks. We didn’t feel safe using them at all.

As for the food, we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat any of it. It was shockingly bad — I’ve never seen anything like it. I had a sip of Pepsi on the first day and was left with severe stomach pains for hours afterward.

We were placed in a disabled room, despite not being disabled. The room itself was appalling — blood stains on the floor, mould, broken glass — completely un-livable

Though we were booked for a week, we left after just a day and a half of trying to get help and find an alternative.

What was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare. Please do not waste your time or money here. It was a complete scam!!

Deniz ve konum çok iyi ama otel ve yemekler berbat…

The property is in a very bad condition. The water park is so old, feels unsafe and the pools of the hotel and water park are the dirtiest that I have ever seen. The food’s quality and taste were terrible and if you’re not at the start of the food service, in some minutes everything will be finished.
Terrible value for the money.

Otelin plajı ve oda temizliği hariç herşeyi çok kötü odalar çok eski yataklar rahat değil iki tek kişiliği birleştirip çift kişilik yapmışlar sürekli yatak ayrılıyordu. Oda kapısı tahta ve eskiydi kilitlenmiyordu. Güvenlik önlemleri sıfır. Otele sahilden birileri rahat rahat girip çıkabiliyorlar. Yemek menüleri tablot gibi çeşit yok. Odada minibar var içerisindeki su bile ücretli otelde kola ve fanta hariç herşey ücretli onlarıda sadece yemekte ikram ediyorlar. Ütü için 3 tane tişört verdim 1 gün sonra getirdiler o gün mağdur oldum. Yani verilen parayı hak etmiyor otel bir daha asla gitmem.

An Absolute Disaster!

We had an extremely poor first impression upon arrival. The receptionist was on the phone, taking additional calls, and left us waiting for quite some time. She appeared visibly annoyed and uninterested—no greeting, no smile, just plain rude.

The room was absolutely terrible. It was difficult to breathe, as the air conditioning was filthy and covered in dust. After turning it on, we soon experienced lung pain and had trouble breathing. When I mentioned mold to the staff, I was told it was just paint. Unbelievable!

The condition of the room was unacceptable: the armchair was dirty, the terrace door wouldn’t close properly, letting in noise from outside, and there were bugs in the bathroom. On top of that, the mirror was missing, all the glassware was dirty, the bed was stained, and the pillows were full of hair. The bed linens were also dirty, with brown stains everywhere. The light switches were dirty or broken, the shower was dripping constantly, and the jacuzzi was filthy.

The water park was a joke. Most of the slides were either not working or so dangerous that we hit our heads. The pools had a very unpleasant odor and caused itching. The entire water park smelled strongly of urine—simply disgusting.

After just a few hours and many arguments, we left the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

First I have to say: I read a lot of reviews mentioning that this place (rooms and beds) would be dirty - I can not confirm this experience. I had booked two rooms (for me and my family) and they were all clean.

The hotel is directly at the beach - awesome!

There is also an Aqua Park which is part of the hotel and very entertaining. Two big pools and many slides.

Food was inclusive and always a lot. All the food is delicious and Turkish style.

A mall (AVM) is pretty close (less than 10 minutes walk).
