Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft mit sehr tollem Personal wenn man die neuen sauberen Zimmer bekommt

Cons:

wir 4 waren die einzigen Gäste und trotzdem hat man uns die schlechtesten Zimmer gegeben mit Teppichboden und Badezimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen .Wir haben mal kurz im die anderen Zimmer rein gesehen die waren viel neuer renoviert mit sauberen Fliesenboden ,sehr geräumig und neuem Bad..Da war es wieder , das Gefühl als Booking.com Gast bekommt man die schlechtesten Zimmer🫣😔

Comfy rooms. Lovely pool. Hotel felt like it was in rhe jungle with the quietness and the birdsong in the morning

Cons:

Its not something we didn't like but just be aware that this place is quite a bit of a distance from any of the main Sigiriya restaurants. You can't walk but need to organise transport.

Pros:

Nothing at all, pathetic experience

Cons:

Staff was not friendly, there were bunch of men drinking at night, highly unsafe for women, they had problems with payment, they said they will accept card and kept us in the dark and later refused to help. They threatened us to pay in cash else they won’t allow us to leave, no support at all, very poor rooms, they were smelly, frogs found in the bathroom, highly shady place, never stay here!

Out of all the good and the bad, the friendly staff always made us forget everything else
Pros:

A warm hospitality from the staff working at the property and the smiley welcome is always appreciated. nice view with the balcony, especially in the morning.

Cons:

The room felt a bit small, especially with the number of beds inside, so there wasn’t much space to move around. The outside area was quite dark, and I strongly believe the corridor should be better lit, especially since it is more on the wild side. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to a very good standard.

El alojamiento estaba bien, únicamente en los baños hacía mucho olor a humedad y no era muy agradable pero el resto muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno. Un poco alejado de Sigiriya pero en tuktuk se llegaba enseguida.
