The location of this property was outstanding for touring the historical center of Lecce. The palazzo is beautiful and the staff make the experience one of a kind.
They even went out of the way to coordinate a delicious birthday cake and balloons in the room with candles to blow out for my son’s birthday.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable with good beds.
Breakfast was in a gorgeously decorated dining room and the staff were always available to answer questions on text, help with luggage and gave recommendations on places to see when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay on our week in Puglia.

Le lieu en lui-meme: un ancien monastère. La deco. Le personnel trés acceuillant et chaleureux. Le service au top. La chambre: grande, propre, belle. La situation en plein centre de la vieille ville.

We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was magnificent. Since we arrived we were received with warmth and special dedication by the staff in reception, the great general manager and the beautiful ladies in the breakfast room. Everything was spotless. We highly recommend this Palazzo to everyone that wants to spend some time in Lecce.

I have traveled all over the world and it doesn’t get any better than this hotel! Cozy, warm, luxury but not pretentious. Decor is fabulous and the spa was perfect when we had a rainy day! The staff is trained to make sure you are perfectly taken care of. I didn’t want to leave!
Nothing. I loved it all.
Firstly, Alfonso was exceptional. Very good staff here helped us with an early check in and room with a bath. We really appreciated that as my husband had just come out of intensive care. However, we paid 320 euros for our room - just for one night, and this was definitely not good value for money. The staff try and 'sell' you the happy hour (even though my they knew my husband came out of hospital and unlikely to drink), the breakfast menu had a 3.5 euro charge for fresh orange juice that we noticed after we ordered it. However, to the hotel's credit, they did not charge us for this on check out. When paying 320 euro for one night, I was really surprised to find things like that chargeable! Everything in the room chargeable too. It really felt as though they wanted to sell you everything...
The photos had sold the place to me as we had just come from another boutique hotel with a lovely breakfast area on the roof. The photos led me believe that this hotel also had an eating area on the roof - pictures showed tables, chairs and lighting, but when we went up there - nothing. Just a few plain sun loungers, not like the photos. But the most disappointing thing was that we paid less for this hotel than we did the Patria Palace - a 5star leading hotel of the world (where we stayed the following couple of days)! And the facilities at the Patria, breakfast there etc etc far surpassed this boutique hotel and no charge for fresh orange juice! The thing that was positive about this boutique hotel was one member of staff, Alfonso, who couldn't have been kinder and even drove us to the Patria Palace. It makes me feel bad writing this review, but one person does not make up for the fact that the owners dynamic pricing serves to rip off guests who need to book last minute. The rate we paid was exorbitant for what we got, definitely not value for money at 320 euros a night. I would have expected around 160 euro max.

Staff was excellent…very helpful and engaging!
Given a wonderful welcome upon arrival with a free drink, bags taken to the suite and a tour of the impressive spa facilities. We appreciated the free room upgrade to an even larger suite and the wine and fruit awaiting us. The suite was expansive with a sitting room, a huge bedroom and two bathrooms, and tastefully furnished throughout with quirky furniture. Breakfast choice was wide with cereal, toast, meat, cheese, local delicacies and cakes all well presented. The hotel was quiet due to the absence of traffic and as only half of the rooms were occupied. Excellent service from the staff throughout our stay.
A very minor annoyance was needing to ask for more straightforward things at breakfast such as larger spoons and milk for the cereal, and only having bowls at the opposite end of the long breakfast room. Some of the cakes were also a little dry and lacked flavour. We would have appreciated a refill of teabags when the room was turned down for the evening.

Outstanding in every category. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms well appointed and comfortable, the spa a real treat after long sightseeing walks. Also, great food at afternoon appetizers and breakfast.

Camere molto spaziose e particolarmente belle, così come gli spazi comuni. Il servizio, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza del personale davvero eccezionali. Infine l'atmosfera suggestiva favorita dagli ambienti, tutti in pietra leccese, è stata davvero emozionante.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are exceptional: very friendly and helpful. It is in the old town, near to all the main attractions. The room we had was large with an outdoor sitting area. The common areas of the hotel are very nicely appointed. The wine and nibbles (free of charge) before going out to dinner is a particularly nice touch. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there are plenty of good ones within an easy walk.

I rarely write reviews for hotels but this was a 10/10 all around. The staff was so welcoming and warm and hotel was so charming. Can’t recommend this place enough. Must stay here when visiting Lecce.
