Beautiful hotel in the best location in Lecce, the most attentive staff, super lovely and caring, and the room was amazing! And the breakfast and welcome pannacciotto and caffe leccese were delicious! 10 out of 10 in everything!

L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien situé dans le centre ville, avec beaucoup de charme.
Mais c'est surtout la qualité de l'accueil les attentions du personnel à notre arrivée et lors de notre court séjour que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.

Overall wonderful experience and stay and well worth booking.
Pros:

Beautiful building and great location to walk around and explore Lecce! Very hospitable staff that were helpful and attentive. Amazing breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, and great coffee. Lastly, we booked a couples massage that was high quality, and enjoyed the spa that included a sauna and pool — both of which were sublime!

Cons:

Hardly anything at all! If I had to be nit-picky, the open shower design in the room made the floor wet around most of the bathroom.

Five star experience with friendly service

To the most wonderful hotel hosts I have ever had, I wanted to say thank you again for the most beautiful stay at Palazzo Sant’anna.

From the moment I made this booking every single thing about the experience exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is absolutely stunningly beautiful and to been communicated with even before my arrival with kindness and genuine interest made me feel so welcome.

When i was presented with appertivo on arrival and then shown to one of the most stunning rooms I have stayed in all over the world…. i knew this was going to be a VERY special stay.

The team all made it all seems so easy - showing me a detailed make of what to see and how to make sure i had the tickets, recommendations for restaurants, the beach clubs and taking care of all my reservations, nothing was too much trouble.

And that spa…!!! Oh My Goodness - it was such a special space to be in.

oh and the breakfast…. DELICIOUS!

I cannot thank you all enough for making my stay in Lecce so special. Your entire team is to be congratulated on a truly five star experience.

visit again someday soon!

Great hotel in amazing location!

Amazing staff (especially Matteo who was so kind to us and just genuinely warm and lovely person! Location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

We stayed in room "Grey" and I did not love the layout of the room. The main drawback was the missing bedside table on one side nor electricity plug.

But the main issue that we had was that when our neighbours were running water in their room, if made insane amount of noise in our room. Thankfully we only stayed here for 2 nights and thankfully we and our neighbours had the same schedule. But this is something hotel should try to resolve as we found it very annoying but didn't want to bother bringing up due to our short stay.

The location in the historic center was perfect for sightseeing. The old palazzo has been renovated beautifully. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast was amazing.

Un hôtel qui fait partie de l'expérience Lecce
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un batiment historique, très bien situé, juste à l'entrée du centre historique donc accessible en 2 minutes à pied après avoir franchi la "porte" d'acces à la ville (le plus dur sera de vous garer). Un acceuil et un personnel charmant, aux petits soins. Une chambre superbe (celle avec l'arbre peint sur le mur) avec un équipement 5 étoiles. Ne manquez pas le très beau spa (en supplément mais totalement privatisé). Le petit dej est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. On a passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel.
