Bellissima posizione,personale gentile e una bella struttura.

We had some good days in this small hotel. It is very close to the beach. The service is quite good and the staff really helpfull and friendly.

My recommendations to the owner: please care for anti gnats in the rooms. It does not make fun to fight gnats in the night. And such devices are not expensive!

Breakfast: I'd recommend to offer real juice at breakfast.

Air condition is top and strong. Put any drink on top of the wardrobe and you get it perfectly cool. So the missing fridge is not really missing.

Nicht jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Frühstück war lecker. Im Zimmer befindet sich nur das aller nötigste. Matratzen fürchterliche durch gelegen.

This hotel met all our needs. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and used a car to get out and about.

Would recommend for a low key stay in Grado where you want to be out and about.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist OK. Der neue Geschäftsführer ist sehr bemüht eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Geboten wird ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet im Preis inkludiert. Man kann auch sehr gut ein mehrgängiges Abendmenu in Anspruch nehmen. Zimmer sind voll klimatisiert und auch Fahrräder werden angeboten.
Nachteil: Kein hoteleigener Parkplatz sondern Tageszonen vor dem Haus und in der Umgebung für Euro 6,00. Freitags bis Sonntags kaum ein Parkplatz zu ergattern trotz Vorsaison. Ansonsten kann man mit dem Fahrrad alles bestens erreichen ( falls Radfahrer ) Hauptsächlich österreichische Gäste. Auch Familienzimmer sind vorhanden. Man kann auch in der Umgebung viel entdecken , wie z.B. Aquillea ( romanische Ausgrabungen) , es sind nur 50 km nach Triest ( wunderbare Stadt mit viel Flair ) und vor allem Schloss Miramare.

Einfach eingerichtetes Hotel; Lage ok, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt; Zimmer sauber; Frühstück war in Ordnung; gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Park mit einer Minigolfanlage

Preis Leistung voll ok!
kostenplichtiger Strandzugang, Minigolf, Therme und gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze vor der Tür! Altstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar! Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Passt für perfekt schlichte Ansprüche und Kurzurlaube... Daumen hoch.
