Hotel vicino al centro raggiungibile anche a piedi ( circa 10 min). Camera pulita e staff molto cordiale.

Struttura situata in un bel punto di lampedusa.
Andrea e Rossella un amore soprattutto Rossella che ci abbiamo preso confidenza.
Internet non funziona bene nelle camere.
Nella televisione funzionano 3 canali.
La nota dolente è la pulizia nelle camere che scarseggia un po.

Hotel? Ben lontani dall’esserlo!
Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera con insetti neri sia all’ingresso che all’interno. Il letto era posizionato contro una parete sottilissima, adiacente a un’area comune: fino all’una di notte si sentivano chiaramente le voci delle persone, e dalle 7 del mattino il rumore delle tazzine provenienti dal bar.

Abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza, ma la situazione non è migliorata: in entrambe le camere i materassi erano decisamente scomodi.

Inaccettabile anche la gestione della biancheria: il cambio asciugamani avviene solo a giorni alterni, e nonostante la nostra richiesta di sostituirli perché sporchi, ci è stato negato.

Per un soggiorno da 230 € a notte, il servizio offerto è stato davvero deludente e non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Ottima struttura. Vicino alla spiaggia e alla fermata del bus per le calette. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona con torte alla frutta fatte in casa. Consiglio questa struttura .

Um lugar muito especial. Começando pelas recepcionistas Rossella, uma querida e Georgia, muito gentis, competentes...Elas organizaram também passeios de barcos, deram dicas de praias, restaurantes e tudo de lindo para fazer na ilha encantada que é Lampedusa❤️. Limpeza impecável, localização perfeita e tem também um restaurante praticamente dentro do hotel, mas não pertence ao mesmo, onde é servido o café da manhã, delicioso. Enfim, não vejo a hora de voltar.

Surely don`t recommend this hotel not even being the only one available.
Pros:

Funtionning AC and TV.

Cons:

Everything: spider webs in the room, old furniture smelling wierd, absolutely no wifi, i left the balcony door open all day and night long because of the disinfectant smell (I hope it was not insecticide), one night I heard mice eating the wall, good thing about breakfast: boiled eggs and croissant, bad thing: coffee and not clean silverware.
It is better to live in a tent.
The hosts on the other hand were welcoming.

The hotel is good and I would recommend it.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to reach downtown and the closest beach. Breakfast was good, loved the cappuccino. And staff is very friendly, always helping out.

Cons:

Noise during our second night, someone was drunk around midnight. There was no jacuzzi even though is mentioned in the description.
