Accoglienza e disponibilità
Pros:

La disponibilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di Fatima hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno a Lampedusa davvero meraviglioso.
Per chi ama il dolce la colazione è super abbondante, un po' meno scelta per chi preferisce il salato. I servizi che offre la struttura sono super comodi: docce esterne, bbq, stendini per asciugare i teli, possibilità di prenotare giri in barca, scooter e tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in questa isola meravigliosa.

Cons:

Nonostante le pulizie vengano effettuate frequentemente, ho trovato nel complesso un livello di pulizia superficiale. Sicuramente nulla che non permetta di vivere comodamente la camera, ma un po di attenzione nella pulizia per esempio degli specchi o del portaspazzolini non sarebbe dispiaciuta.

Pros:

Albergo a due pasi dalla bellissima spiaggia de Guitgia. Posto molto tranquillo. Da ringraziare a Fatima per tutta la sua disponibilità in tutto quello che serve al ospite. Collazione molto buona con cornetti deliziosi e buon caffè.

Cons:

Che non ci sia WiFi nella stanza, già che non c'è quasi linea di internet. WiFi solo in reception e sala collazione.
Acqua un po salata nella doccia.

Posizione strategica, distaccata dal centro ma ha tutto a due passi. Grazie alla cordialità della reception, Fatima nello specifico, abbiamo avuto consigli sulle escursioni, bar, calette e noleggio che hanno reso la vacanza spettacolare. Ritorneremo senz’altro

Posizione ottima ed altrettanto la colazione .
Abbiamo richiesto l’opzione senza glutine che è stata ampia nella scelta .
Grazie alla signora Rosetta che si è occupata della pulizia e la sistemazione della camera.
Grazie alla simpaticissima Fatima sempre disponibile a tutte le nostre domande i suoi consigli sull’isola ci sono stati molto utili.

Mi è piaciuta Fatima la ragazza della reception disponibile a qualsiasi ora e gentile la colazione ottima , la posizione molto panoramica la pulizia impeccabile

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto l’acqua salata in bagno per la doccia , il lettino singolo molto scomodo è un po’ datato .

Fatima è una persona splendida, che va molto molto oltre a ciò che le compete.
Accoglienza, presenza, aiuto nell'organizzare perfino le escursioni, aperitivi, cene con i suoi ottimi consigli.

Cons:

Un occhio maggiore alla manutenzione strutturale di alcune zone, più copertura della zona wi-fi che non arriva alle camere ma solo alla reception.

Particular appreciation to Fatima: she’s an amazing property manager, young and full of energy, giving you good advices, taking care of any kind of need, she let you feel to have a reference point from your arrival till the departure

Ask for her “famous cappuccino” 😄

Cons:

Stay away from the scoooter/car rental proposed by the property: being the same owner, we decided to rent the scooter from them: a complete disaster
