Très content de notre séjour, nous reviendrons.

Très bon séjour.
Localisation de l'hôtel quasi centre (à deux pas de la place centrale), stationnement à proximité pas cher, entrée et façade de l'hôtel très jolie, accueil du personnel souriant/poli et agréable, parties communes propres et en très bon état, chambre propre/spacieuse/en très bon état/confortable/climatisé/douche spacieuse.

Cons:

Seuls bémols : pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre (pas très grave, voir l'accueil) / le petit déjeuner pas assez fourni, buffet à améliorer en variété et qualité.

This is an excellent hotel for a stop of a few days, well located to the centre of the city.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent quality and value as was the ambiance, decor and attentiveness and friendliness of the owner and her staff who responded immediately to any request we had (e.g. suggestions of restaurants, organising a taxi to take us to the airport) and anticipating any needs we might have ( e.g. when the taxi hadn't arrived on time the owner personally rang to ask what was happening without us having to ask, asking if we would like bottles of water on our departure, making sure at short notice that a table was set on the terrace for us to enjoy breakfast, etc.). The hotel had an excellent air conditioning system which was important given the high temperatures this summer.

Cons:

It would have been better if people who wanted to smoke were required to sit at one end of the terrace so as to allow non-smokers to equally enjoy the terrace, but this may not be possible under French law.

Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil, le personnel est attentionné.
Le confort de la chambre avec une qualité de literie exceptionnelle.
L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Brive.
Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité.
Mention particulière pour l'accueil réservé aux animaux de compagnie ce qui est très rare.
Nous étions de passage sur le retour de nos vacances et gardons cette addresse précieusement pour un prochain séjour
Nous recommandons virement.

La déco, le confort, le calme ,le petit déjeuner , la gentillesse du personnel , le parking public juste de l autre côté de la rue gratuit jusqu’à 11 h du matin…le centre ville et des restos avec de belles terrasses tout près à pied

Pros:

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit ici, mais quelle belle nuit. La chambre était impeccablement propre et climatisée, le lit vraiment confortable, et la fenêtre offrait une superbe vue sur la ville — nous avons parfaitement dormi. Un grand merci au personnel : des gens chaleureux et attentionnés, avec qui on se sent tout de suite accueilli plutôt que simplement logé. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux : œufs brouillés, saumon, fromages, viennoiseries, yaourts et bien d'autres choses encore. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux !

Cons:

Une bouilloire et machine à café dans la chambre aurait été un plus.
