La ubicación y la amabildad de la dueña. Siento mucho que no se corresponda el resto del alojamiento. No entiendo laa valoraciones de 9 o 10.
Me sentí estafada. Nos dio una habitación abuhardillada que no se correspondía con las que aparecen en booking. Una ventana muy pequeña en lo alto de una pared que daba a un tejado. La habitación olía a pies. Las almohadas eran de latex y olian a demonios. Había pelos en la ropa de cama. Las toallas de ducha enanas y tampoco olian bien. En el desayuno los manteles son ules de plástico y te quedabas pegada. Y el buffet... bueno... justito. El garaje es un local que depende del tamaño del coche y la habilidad para aparcar puedes tener dificultad.
El hotel es muy bonito, es antiguo y hace que tenga mucho encanto. Nos tocó una habitación muy grande y se agradeció porque estuvimos varios días hospedados. No cogimos la opción de desayuno porque se desayuna muy bien por la zona cercana y también por el puerto. Ha sido un gran descubrimiento Lekeitio. La ubicación es muy buena, tan buena que también es la parte algo negativa de la valoración.
Es muy muy céntrico. Aparcar por la zona, y más en verano se hace imposible, así que si no quieres pagar los 22 euros que te ofrece el hotel para aparcarlo cerca del hotel, la sugerencia es dejarlo en uno de los parking gratuitos que están a las afueras, eso sí, hay que tener mucha paciencia porque es complicado encontrar sitio. La ubicación es ideal pero al estar en pleno centro, se oye el barullo de la gente, pero están bien insonorizadas las ventanas.

There is no better location!!! The front door of the hotel spills onto the historic plaza. From kids playing soccer to crowds enjoying a wine or beer and the many other beautiful sites. It was just perfect.
We understood that we were staying in a facility that was hunters of years old, but the configuration of our room was a little awkward. It had a slanted ceiling and a beam that made the room a little cramped. That being said, we understood we were not checking into a modern facility and really enjoyed the room and stay!!!

El personal es de diez y el hotel precioso.
