Très confortable
Pros:

L appartement était très spacieux, bien équipé et joliment aménagé. La terrasse avec la vue très appréciable. L accueil très bien aussi.
Le parking souterrain et l emplacement pour se rendre à Cologne en transport en commun étaient très pratiques

Lage und Größe des Appartments

Cons:

Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgerüstet.
Es gab keinen Dunstabzug, keine Messer zum Schneiden von Gemüse etc., kein Nudelsieb, keine Tropftassen, etc.

Pros:

Empfang und Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption.
Stellplatz für das Auto.

Cons:

Das die Räume des App. Von einer externen Firma gereinigt wurden. Wir hatten bis 12 h Zeit zum auschecken und hatten persönliche Wertgegenstände noch im App. belassen. Als wir diese um kurz vor 12 h holen wollten, stellte sich heraus, dass bereits ab kurz nach 11 h ein Mitarbeiter der externen Reiningungsfirma das App. Saubermachte. Die Verständigung mit dem Mitarbeiter war aufgrund eingeschränkter Deutschkenntnis nur rudimentär möglich. Wir waren sehr irritiert. Leider gibt es im Keller der App eine übelriechende Baustelle *(Wasserschaden?).

Pros:

Sehr schönes gemütliches Apartment mit grandiosem Ausblick.

Cons:

Störend fanden wir, dass der Check In und Frühstück nicht direkt dort möglich war sondern in einem Hotel in der Nähe.

Ein rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Mir hat der Ausblick auf den Rhein sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral in Rodenkirchen.

Cons:

Wir hätten lieber ein Apartment mit Dusche gehabt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Prima voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

Prima locatie. Vanuit parkeergarage meteen met de lift naar het appartement. In de omgeving verschillende winkels,restaurants en bakkers. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Heerlijke bedden.

Cons:

Het was er onaangenaam warm. De zon stond de gehele middag op het raam te branden. Ondanks zonwerende gordijnen. Ook was de verwarming niet te regelen. Jammergenoeg geen airco. Hebben met balkondeur open geslapen.

Katastrophale Aufenthalt

Dass sie sauber war

Cons:

Der Service ist katastrophal. Bei mir hat die Fernbedienung gefehlt dann habe ich angerufen und dies gemeldet. Dann wurde mir gesagt ich sollte warten auf einen Rückruf. 2 Stunden später immer noch kein Rückruf. Ich habe wieder angerufen. Dann kam die Frau von der Rezeption und hat mir eine Fernbedienung in die Hand gedrückt, welche nicht funktioniert und welche auch nicht mit dem Fernseher verbunden werden kann.
Mir ist keiner entgegengekommen, obwohl eine angegebene und gebuchte Ausstattung im Zimmer nicht gegeben war, finde ich sehr schade .
Also, warne ich sie davor, dass Angaben falsch sein könnten oder gar nicht erst geleistet werden, die man angeboten bekommen hat.
Ich habe nach dem Aufenthalt den Gastgeber kontaktiert auf Booking und diese antwortet mir nicht.
Sehen also nicht ein deren Fehler gerade zu biegen.
Normalerweise sollte sowas ohne zu reden passieren

Pros:

Die Lage war top , man hat ein Tiefgarage direkt mit drinnen und alle Geschäfte die man benötigt direkt um die Ecke . Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und sehr sauber .

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht gut , ein Mini Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle wären top . Da nur zwei Herdplatten vorhanden sind die nicht funktioniert haben . Mehr Handtücher wären schön, weil es gab Pro Person nur eins .

Amazing stay with some amazing views
Pros:

Amazing room with amazing views.

Place was stunning, warm and very clean.

Loved every minute, staff were very friendly.
Location was great, with lots of shops, restaurants and transport links to Cologne centre were great.

Cons:

You have to check in an out at a hotel about 15 minutes walk away from the property.
But don't let that put you off.

It's a neat little appartmet, I might be back..
Pros:

The apartment was modern and clean and with a great view of the Rhine. It has a little kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, kettle and espresso machine (including a generous supply of pods :) Rodenkirchen is a nice little neighborhood and has virtually everything you need, with good transport links to the city (~15mins)..

Cons:

The bed looked great, but 2 singles pushed together.. if only for a matress topper...
The radiator in the apartment wasn't working. Even in January when it was -3C outside, the apartment stayed warm just with the neighbors waste heat, but I didn't dare open the door to balcony, which would have been nice..
