The location is great but it depends on the room type you choose. The address provided is the check-in point and the actual living location is another place, the location of ours is just 2 minutes walk from the point.
The setting in the room is good but can be better. No hair dryer unless by request. I cannot find any wifi at public area mentioned. If you concern about security issues, please consider about it as all windows cannot be locked even though the security in the city seems good.
One more thing, do not try to ask or contact through the contact information provided here as they would just ask you to enquire at the check-in point after you check-in, and actually the so-called 24 hours reception I cannot find, we even wait for a while when we checked-in.
Disappointed by the stay. Owners were rude except for one of them who tried to make things smoother. The description of the rooms are not representative and we had to argue before getting the room we booked. On top of that we waited an hour before being able to get our keys.
Would not recommend.

Very easy and close walk to the kasbah, plaza, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Great view of the mountains and water from our balcony!
Skimpy on the towels (2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 occupants). Very cold and no heat dodging our March stay, but there were lots of blankets. We could hear the kids upstairs laughing during their bath time, and one of the balcony doors didn't lock which is ok since we felt safe.
