Essere stato messo nella “dependance” nella struttura di fronte. Dover quindi uscire (e stava piovigginando) per andare a fare colazione.
La colazione era molto deludente. Poca scelta.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato.

Pros:

Tout s'est bien passé. Le personnel est toujours disponible et à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon.
Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et propres. Juste la TV un peu petite ( dans notre chambre).
Le restaurant est bon, les plats sont frais et là encore le personnel est très avenant.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco, in particolare il water... ma non solo...ma veramente sporco... ho dovuto pulirlo con delle salviettine ...logicamente questo ha influenzato tutto il soggiorno.. quasi quasi non riuscivo ad entrare nel letto perchè ero preoccupata della pulizia dello stesso. Volevo chiamare il personale ma mio marito, essendo molto tardi mi ha detto di lasciare stare. Eravamo stanchi e saremmo stati li alloggiati solo qualche ora (eravamo di passaggio in viaggio).Mi sono pentita di non averlo fatto. Ho comunque comunicato la mattina l'accaduto ... gentilmente il personale (non so chi fosse) si è veramente scusato e mi ha detto che dovevo chiamare che mi avrebbero cambiato stanza. Aveva ragione, come ho detto mi sono pentita di non averlo fatto e di non aver fatto foto.. si sarebbe visto molto bene nella foto... vista l'entità. E comunque anche il miscelatore del lavandino era molto sporco. Una cosa del genere non deve succedere. Avevo detto alla persona presente (penso addetto alla reception) che non avrei fatto nessuna recensione... però mi è continuata ad arrivare la richiesta di farla ... e sinceramente ho pensato fosse giusto farlo. Non so chi ha sbagliato, se chi ha fatto le pulizie in quella stanza o nn so... però oggi ho pensato che era giusto fare questa recensione. Anche per migliorare ed evitare che possa risuccedere. Logicamente non mi fermerò più in quell'albergo, che tra l'altro era anche molto comodo.

Sosta strategica
Pros:

Struttura pulita e confortevole vicino allo svincolo autostradale. Ottima per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Colazione adeguata. Staff molto cortese. Apprezzabile parcheggio gratuito in loco e reception aperta 24 ore.

Pros:

L’Hotel Città dei Papi è diventata ormai una sosta intermedia abituale in occasione dei nostri viaggi familiari. Il servizio è sempre ottimo soprattutto avendo un bambino piccolo e la struttura accogliente e pulita.
