Loved the location, loved the hotel itself , beautiful .
Pros:

Cafeteria was nice for a drink on arrival and the lady server was lovely .

Cons:

Dinner in the restaurant was awful, the staff were nice though .

Location and arhitecture

Cons:

The slowest check in procedures in my life. More than 30 minutes. If there is a line, is easy to search for a diferent hotel. Is very frustrating. My check in lasted 30 minutes after another 30 minutes from the family before me.

Accedieron a cambiarbos de habitación sin problemas.

Cons:

No han renovado nada desde hace 25 años. No se puede ofrecer como hotel para pernoctar. Las habitaciones que asignan si no contratas tratamientos son destartaladas y antiguas, solo ofrecen gel, huelen a humedad, y no tienen uso. .La TV se ubica en una antesala del dormitorio. El desayuno, con productos de calidad media/baja jy con un camarero bastante maleducado y desganado. Nos cambiaron a una habitación de iguales características pero al menos no olía a humedad. Estuvimos a punto de irnos, pero solo eran una noche de paso, y nos aguantamos.
