Room was large enough, for us, nice view and location, good breakfast, nice staff.
The light on the wall kept flickering on and off, the room smelled a little stale like the carpet wasn't fresh,

The room had a very musty / mildew smell. The wall paper in the room and bathroom were peeling off the wall and held together with staples. Not a great experience. Not what you would expect for $200/night...

Very run down. Furniture was severely damaged. When I pulled the microwave out to use it, the microwave and the rolling shelf fell out of the cabinet. Entire cabinet needs to be replaced. Sofa bed was very difficult to use. The bed frame appeared to be bent. Also, VERY low water pressure. Taking a shower would not have been an option. I stay in Hampton Inns most of the time and am
usually quite happy with my room but this time, not so much!

Good breakfast and consistent with stocking food. Clean rooms but beds were a little uncomfortable. Minimal storage but overall a great stay. Will definitely return if ever in town.

This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
