État de la maison et des chambres restent quand même à revoir un bon coup de rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal car en soi le lieu est sympa et les propriétaires est sympa

The house could have been a bit cleaner, and more modern appliances. A microwave would have been a huge plus. We had a few issues with the electricity, but this was resolved.
Als er iets gefixt moest worden was de eigenaar behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat het ongemak verholpen werd. Je zou er zelfs kunnen koken als je dat wil. Handig voor het maken van ontbijt. Waterkoker, toaster gasstel alles is aanwezig.
Voorzieningen waren aanwezig maar verouderd. De eigenaar is geen warm onthalend mens.wij verbleven er kerst en oud en nieuw maar daar werd geen aandacht aan besteed tenminste niet naar de verblijvende gasten toe. Wel naar de bevriende Duitsers die in de buurt wonen die bezoeken de beer garden en maken het gezellig onder zich. Wij werden hier niet voor uitgenodigd terwijl wij vloeiend Duits spreken. We waren er 7 dagen en ik heb geen schoonmaak gezien of dat de bedden verschoond werden. Schone handdoeken moet je vragen net als vuilniszak. Toilet papier hebben we zelf in de 7/11 gehaald. Tip: zorg voor voldoende anti muggen spray en ook van die anti muggen spiralen want anders is buiten zitten geen aanrader. Ook is er iedere avond in de buurt Thaise live muziek van 22:00 tot 02:00 uur knoerhard en niet om aan te horen. Daarnaast is de luchthaven op een steenworp afstand op drukke momenten is dit zeer storend.
Gute Lage, der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit kennt sich perfekt auf der Insel aus… die Anlage ist gepflegt und alles hat funktioniert. Preis Leistung ist mehr als fair..

Very comfortable accommodation, close to the beach and all amenities. Friendly staff.

It is described as relaxing and peaceful and this is not the case, it’s horrendous and the description is very inaccurate. The bungalows are described as newly refurbished, they are horrible and decor is old and worn. Mis matched and old furniture and ill equipped kitchens with dirty plates and crockery that again were mis matched. You cannot lock the bungalow as window locks broken. Bathroom dirty with shower rail hanging down and broken and dirty water. Kitchen ant infested on our arrival and beautiful gardens advertised are a 4ft high rough grass and hard to get through this to bungalow. This was cut the day after we arrived but still very untidy with piles of rubbish everywhere. Manager hostile and very unhelpful, agreed with all the problems and when I told him he’d advertised as relaxing and that there was banging music until 03.30 he told me to get some ear plugs from the pharmacy. Our friends left due to shocking conditions but our budget wouldn’t allow this so we “had” to stay in misery all week. They even rented out my friends place again and still refused to pay back funds. We were then also split from our friends which had a big effect on the holiday.
We felt miserable and lied to, as did other guests and whenever we asked for the most simple thing it was shrugged off and he just blamed the owner. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!
Very well priced accommodation and location is very close to the beach. There's 5 or 6 self-catering units on the property. Units have small kitchen where food can be prepared, fridge, aircon, good Wifi and TV.

there seemed to be a mistake with the booking as an earlier date was cancelled which was not a problem but the German manager was very helpful and arranged our room as we provided proof of payment and apologised for the error , very friendly staff and rooms were large and clean great for our small group

We had to search some other place to spend the night...with kids .no one accepted us nor answer the phone!
