スタッフの態度表情共に素晴らしく、部屋は誕生日と書いたところスイートルームへグレードアップしていただきドリンクやハンカチなどのプレゼント共にチェックアウト時には写真のプレゼントまでしてくれたところ。

いつもありがとう✌️
Pros:

ディズニーに行く時はいつも利用させてもらってます。
1人なのに広めの部屋を用意してくれたり、ツインベッドにしてくれたりと、好待遇？に感謝してます。
朝食は頼んでませんが、ディズニーで疲れた体をゆっくり休めるには充分なホテルだと思ってます。

やや、部屋の匂いが気になりました。

Pros:

ロビー、 レストラン他、共用部はとてもチャーミングで良かったです。
バスルームは広く、バスタブも大きかったし、トイレとの距離もそれなりにありました。

Cons:

ベッドが小さく、部屋とベッドとの距離も近く、狭く感じました。

とても残念でした
Pros:

スタッフがとても丁寧な対応をしてくださり、かなり好印象でした。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

トイレのふたが途中までしか開かず、シャンプーなどが浴槽のフチに置かれていて危うく落としかけました。
私はフチが正しい置場所に思えませんでした。
