Schlechter Service für diesen Preis!
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit seiner Aussicht war ganz schön.

Cons:

Zuerst ging die Schranke zum Parkplatz nicht auf und es dauerte eine halbe Stunde bis ein Techniker kam und das Problem löste. Die Parkgebühr für eine Nacht liegt bei 12 GBP.
Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe. Obwohl ich sehr früh war, gab es lange Schlangen vor den Kaffeeautomaten und der gezogene Kaffee war eine Brühe aus Wasser und einigen gemahlenen Bohnen. Das Essen schmeckte nicht besonders gut und die Auswahl sehr begrenzt.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war überfordsrt und übersah die dreckigen Tische bzw. räumte das benutzte Geschirr erst nach mehreren Aufforderungen weg.

Mixed bag, a good location but staff and food a let down
Pros:

Location, good mattress, roof top bar

Cons:

Poor food choice for dinner, greasy fried mostly.
Of all the staff we met only one smiled, bar staff miserable, guy at front desk no manners
Breakfast shambolic, busy but only 1 of 3 coffee machines working, not enough fresh fruit for those that wanted it, bread was still half frozen, staff seemed reluctant to tackle concerns

KINDNESS PERSONIFIED.
Pros:

Everyone is so lovely and helpful but one server/waiter stood out he was so kind and very helpful I won't forget it Eric Skye Bar felt as though I was on YouTube or Tik Tok I got a complimentary drink and delicious lunch " A piece at any door." it was a cheese and caramel onion toastie. Delicious so kind.
Bedroom fantastic breakfast and eating dinner in the bottom rest. Just made to feel like home that is why I keep returning. GreT value for money.

Cons:

Fantastic Shower though sometimes the water goes beyond the glass maybe its the way l stand.

Pros:

I have stayed here many times & it’s my go to place when I’m in Glasgow. The staff are great and if you are lucky enough (and pay enough) the view over the Hydro is smashing!

Cons:

I was entitled to a 10% discount on drinks & food but this wasn’t reminded to me or asked if I qualified by the staff.

Cons:

Bit of a faff when ordering a pizza my husband phoned down as was unable to order and pay at the bar ordered a pizza for delivery to the room. Shortly after we received a phone call saying they couldn't bring the pizza to the room
As we had checked in on line and prepaid, he then went down to the bar and paid and came back to await the pizza
When you check in at reception you are pre paying your room anyway so it seemed a bit odd we couldn't charge it to our room
The staff were in no way at fault it's their job to follow hotel policies
Not a major issue but a bit of a faff.

Excellent stay, biggest,most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Delightful.

Cons:

Long distance from bus station, although great for anyone using the Hydro arena

Room and view were fantastic, comfortable, modern. Very well located. Bar and breakfast good quality. Staff really welcoming.

Cons:

Concerts and other events were going on at the same time. This meant it was really busy, especially with non residents visiting the sky bar.
