Location, staff, working
Very nice staff, good breakfast
No food just after 9pm
The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, especially arranging an early check-in after a morning arrival from London and kindly placing a personal card in the room before arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and the overall service was professional and thoughtful throughout the stay.
Nothing to note — everything was handled smoothly and the service exceeded expectations.

Noise from party on the roofbar music was on too late
Staff were brilliant, polite, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was also good and we enjoyed our coffee at the Sky Bar.
Unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, I believe something was wrong with the drainage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times.

Was a lovely hotel, room was lovely and had everything you needed. Would recommend to other people.
Unfortunately the bed was to high for my husband to transfer from his wheelchair and they didn't have any lower beds. This meant we had to remove the mattress and sleep from the base. Apart from that the other facilities was fantastic. Would recommend for other people unfortunately not a hotel we could return to which is unfortunate.

The location for us was great.
The reception staff particularly on the morning of the 26/3/26 (forgot her name) was excellent.
It was an overall pleasant stay.
There was a very questionable stain on the carpet of our room right next to the bed, not pleasant at all.
Car parking fees for guests already paying alot to stay at your establishment, I feel are unfair and over priced. This will definitely be a factor in me booking again particularly for more than 1 night.
Location to OVO us excellent, staff friendly.
There was no shower cap and no extra pillows. Also no one informed us of the lights switching off at certain time to save energy and how to turn them on
