Disappointing stay but staff are nice
Pros:

Personnel/staff were accommodating and honest. We left personal items and were returned to us. I also like how a particular staff advised us on securing our items while walking at the streets near the stay.

Cons:

Dirty environment (outside the stay). AC was too loud and barely cooled the room. We booked for a 6pax max room with 3 bunk beds and the room was too small. Private shower has a smell. Water is too weak.

Cons:

The facilities had a lot of broken stuff and gunk, it was also pretty hot considering there's 3 fans already.

The hotel is worth the money. It's comfortable and affordable. It's very convenient to get to various parts of the city by taxi, as the hotel is located almost in the center. A great option for backpackers.

WHEN I BOOKED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IT SAID THERE THAT THERE WAS AN AC, ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS ONLY AN ELECTRIC FAN WHICH IS UNFAIR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT INDICATED IN THE WEBSITE, AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID ITS INDICATED IN THE APP WHICH MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE WHATEVER IS REFLECTED ON THE APP IT SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE WEBSITE FOR TRANSPARENCY RIGHT?
