Pros:

I stayed for one night to catch morning 6 am train. Room and toilet were clean and I could trust them with hot water. Mattress was hard. Was able to find conveyance to station in early hours. I did not take meals from them and preferred to eat outside.

Hard mattress, low ventilation.
