Amazing
Pros:

The hotel was amazing along with all the family that run it and there staff. Would love to return. The restaurant was also top quality. For breakfast and for a stunning meal in the evening. Would highly recommend 👌

Good location, parking on site, comfortable.
Pros:

Great location with parking short walk to West Bay beach. Clean, well kept Hotel, decor is dated but in good order. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a couple of problems in the room, which were sorted by the time we returned later that day. Bathroom was very well thought out with lots of space to put your stuff. TV is only terrestrial stations could do with new smartTV.
Breakfast was table service, the cooked full English was very good.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

All was good. You can see from the website that the decor is dated, so you are expecting that.

Excellent location very clean and comfortable hotel with great parking.
Pros:

Excellent location lovely large room and very clean.would not hesitate to return and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

Just one very minor irritation is staff cleaning and spraying tables whilst you are still enjoying the delicious breakfast.

Lovely room (No.3) so clean and fabulously large, comfortable bed. Definitely stay again.
Pros:

Lovely staff - welcoming/cheerful/friendly/ helpful. Food delicious - we had breakfast and lunch - food beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We loved the decor -so tasteful/elegant - even in the ladies loo.

Little Gem of a Hotel
Pros:

We regularly visit this lovely hotel for Sunday lunch which never disappoints. The food is traditional & always amazing. The staff are fantastic & the experience always enjoyable.
We were really excited to have our first breakfast this morning here & delighted to say it exceeded our expectations beautifully cooked & presented.

Great except for the coffee at breakfast .

Cons:

Coffee was not strong enough at breakfast and despite a large espresso and cappuccino machine in the dining room these options were not available and only a cafetierre , even with extra spoon of coffee was weak. The one big disappointment. Inn2026 most places offer a cappuccino .

Cons:

View over looking a washing machine dump ground.
Shower was over a bath which being elderly was difficult to get in & out of. Room decoration with peeling paper, dated.
