Two night stay, visiting some old haunts. Super cooked breakfast with excellent care and service throughout our stay.

A lovely stay, a hidden gem of Simouth with a beautiful river walk close by into the centre. A nice spacious, clean room with everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, providing fresh, local produce and a menu that caters for all (lots for vegans). Very attentive and friendly hosts and would love to stay again. Well worth a visit!

Parking a little difficult as on a slope and quite tight, but we managed.

Great couple of nights at Coombe Bank guest house. Stylish decor throughout. Very comfortable room with a lovely outlook across the garden.

Parking can be a little challenging but guests were courteous and thoughtful when it became necessary to double park.

This is our third visit to Coombe Bank and this in itself says a lot about what this establishment has to offer - clean, cosy and comfortable room, great shower facilities, excellent quality breakfast and friendly landlord! There is also good wifi, free parking and it is close to nature walks and a supermarket for your daily supplies.

We have stayed here twice recently. This large house is about a 25 minute walk from the town centre through a pleasant park or via the main pedestrian path. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable and the host supplies Duck Island toiletries which are very luxurious. There is a refreshment tray in the room with a good variety of drinks and biscuits.
The breakfast menu is good, fresh fruits, locally produced fruit juices, yoghurt, locally sourced meats and eggs, plus salmon and haddock are an option. Plenty of toast and local jams and marmalade are available.
The host loves suggesting places worth visiting and following his recommendations have enhanced our holiday.
