Pros:

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night to celebrate our 25 marriage anniversay and found a small compliment from the hotel and a hand-written card with congratulations in our room to celebrate it. This was very nice of the hotel staff to provide this. The view from the window was just stunning. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The lights in the bathroom were not working, but we were too tired to let the staff know on the night of our arrival, however, when we mentioned this on our checkout, we got a lot of apologies from the receptionist and 2 bottles of water to take away for our journey back home. I am pretty sure if we had mentioned the problem on the night when we arrived the problem would have been solved.

Toller Blick über die Bucht
Pros:

Die Lage oberhalb der Bucht ist Grossartig.
Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und ausreichend groß.
Einzig die Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht so toll.
Empfang, SPA und Gastronomie waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht.

Sort the food an the restaurant staff and it would be brill
Pros:

Location room with a view,reception staff very good, easy parking

Cons:

Restaurant not open so only eating in the bar, food was over priced far better available near by. EV charging avail but very slow (1.3kW) but was free. Bar and restaurant staff need more training, young students it seems with little or no idea

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer waren gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Ein gut eingerichtetes Gym war vorhanden. Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer auf das Meer. Schöner Strand in der Nähe.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist relativ groß, was so nicht wirklich meine Vorliebe ist. Aber es war eigentlich alles da, man man diese Art von Unterkunft mag.

Both the room and view were gorgeous. Marble Hill beach was a short stroll away.

The location is great and the staff was lovely. The bed was super comfortable

Cons:

Not at all what we expected from the price and ratings here on booking. Breakfast was not good: there was essentially toast, cereal and some meat. Dirty dishes everywhere. They ran out of some items and then took a long time to bring out more. I asked for gluten free toast every day which was burned every day. Staff at the bar seemed uncoordinated, there were so many waiters and yet there seemed to be chaos. There were lots of dirty dishes in the lobby that were not cleaned up for ages. Overall very disappointing, especially as we stayed 5 days and experienced these things daily
