Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, Abendessen war ganz hervorragend, ausgefallen sehr leckere Gerichte. Gepflegte, gemütliche Zimmer, top Bäder und Toiletten.

Top Hotel mit genialem Personal in schöner Lage
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorragend, das Essen war phantastisch und unser Zimmer war einfach traumhaft mit Blick in die Berge. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und konnten sehr entspannen. Die Gegend lädt zu schönen Wanderungen ein.

Pros:

Ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso, e le due ragazze allla reception sono sempre state disponibili, sorridenti e gentili.
Camere comode, spaziose e molto pulite.
L’hotel è situato in un punto strategico, vicino a Merano.
Unico lato negativo: Non abbiamo potuto usufruire completamente della Spa perché c’era l’obbligo di stare nudi e con tutte le persone nude presenti, non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Inoltre non ci è sembrato igienico che chiunque si sedeva nella sauna nudo senza nemmeno appoggiarsi su un asciugamano.
