Over all the stay was good
Pros:

Clean conveniently located

Cons:

I had a check-in time of 4 arrived at 7:30 had to wait an hour an a half because the room was not ready.
Claimed they were bought out by a last minute convention.

Great to see my granddaughters and have a nice place to come home to.
Pros:

Friendly staff and nice facilities

Cons:

After paying a premium price for the room I fel5 like the breakfast should have been included. It wasn’t worth the $18.95 price.

Decent, but lacking a few things
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking is $13/day, breakfast is $16.95. The lighting in the bathroom is awful! SO DARK! No conducive for females trying to put their makeup on. There are no other lighted mirrors in the room. Sorta bland. Seemed like a good value, but with the add-ons it really wasn't so much.

I will not stay in this place anymore when traveling.
Pros:

The breakfast was cold and didn’t meet my expectations. The breakfast seating did not accommodate a sold out crowd. Most of the food was not available and the staff provided bad customer service.

Cons:

Checking in was a nightmare. I had to wait for 30 minutes before getting a room assignment due room not being cleaned.

Great location and clean, nice hotel!
Pros:

Location, decor, cleanliness

Cons:

The microwave in my room was missing the glass plate. The alarm was set by a previous guest and went off at 6:30a :).
There is a political sticker stuck on the underside of the wall mounted storage baskets which needs to be removed.

We were also never issued key cards for our room. Imagine that! And it was dusty and dirty.
Pros:

At 10:30 pm when we checked in, we were told we had to wait while the maintenance man checked the room prior to us going up. What?? Then we never got key cards for the room. And terrible issues with paying.

Cons:

We pre-paid a non-refundable full payment, but were told at check-in that we had not. For 2 rooms. Then I received 4 more charges on my debit card even before checking out. It has been a royal headache.

Totally not at all what I expected from Hilton! Also zero parking spaces left for me!
Pros:

Nothing great

Cons:

Check in time is 4pm and our room wasnt ready until 6pm!!! We had to sit in the lobby and wait! When there was a long line of people waiting to check in, the worker lady thought that was a good time to go take a smoke break! I was appalled!
