The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!

Pros:

The hotel didn't clean our room for three days. We had to ask for towels and the rooms had an odor especially the bathroom. I think that was the worst stay that I've had there.
