this is the best hotel in Kenya, above 5 stars.
After 25 hours of flight, I had changed 2 hotels , both 5 stars but noisy and unclean, I then came to HolidayInn.
The location is very convinient, a mall right next to it, and the hotel is clean, modern, most importantly, the staffs are wonderful, very helping and caring, Felix at front desk went above and beyond to support customers needs.
I will definitely recommend all my colleagues and friends to stay at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers! This is really the best hotel in Kenya!

Manager Kimani and staff (Violet, restaurant staff, checkin, security and housekeeping ) were excellent. We had an unfortunate issue with access to the room we had booked but they went above and beyond in making up for the problem.

The iron in the room 240 was faulty and had brown plaques on it. It spoiled my expensive shirt when I tried to iron it. I complained to the reception and also emailed the management twice but nobody heeded to it. The hotel is good and the location is excellent. My rating is based on the poor customer service and the fact they destroyed my expensive shirt.

Clean and calming environment

We are a famiyl of three with a 10 year old son; it was a great stay. specially after the Masai trip.

I stay here all the time when I’m Nairobi. It is the only place I recommend. I only have one thing I would like to see changed and that is the strength of the internet and the television stations. That is the only disappointment.

Clean hotel, nice rooms with a strong shower and good A/C. This was a convenient location for our work on this particular visit. The breakfast was good. It is conveniently attached to the Two Rivers mall, which has multiple food options in addition to the Holiday Inn restaurant itself.

Great Stay

Had an awesome stay at Holiday Inn Two Rivers! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Nairobi. The area felt super safe, which was a big plus. They cleaned my room every day, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The best part? It’s right inside Two Rivers Mall, the biggest mall in East Africa! I didn’t even need to leave the mall. Everything I wanted—from shopping to restaurants and even a nail spa—was right there. Plus, it’s close to Nairobi National Park for some cool wildlife adventures. Honestly, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway!

It was a beautiful experience. It was an enjoyable stay. The staff was very nice and very professional, made our stay very pleasant, and I'm grateful for that. The food was excellent. I enjoyed every day that we ate there. Giving a shout out to the second shift chef ian in displaying his expertise in great, tasting food and appearance. The whole staff took part and making our time here a great and rememberable stay. Thank you for the great hospitality.
