Not what expected from holiday inn standard
Pros:

Near the two rivers shopping mall, bed and pillows very comfortable. Front desk staff cooperative

Cons:

Room was small and very dark, water in washroom was slimy, unpleasant kitchen smell in the 1st floor corridor. Far from town, limited breakfast option.

No Karura view
Pros:

The staff were friendly and check-in/ check out seamless and the food was nice.

Cons:

The was no bell hop,we had to carry our luggage.The Karura view room was not worth it,the balcony door was closed.The pillows were not comfortable.

Conveniently Located Hotel Property within a Shopping Mall
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the Mall. Actually the hotel is located within the Mall. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite tasty.

The property is very comfortable, amazing breakfast and very well located. The staff is always there to help. It is the 4th time I stayed there and I'll stay there in the next time.
