Pros:

Increíble hotel para descansar y disfrutar de un desayuno absolutamente fabuloso. El personal es encantador. Al estar en un centro comercial, ofrece opciones para cenar en los restaurantes sin necesidad de coger un taxi. Las habitaciones son cómodas y algo que particularmente valoré es la ausencia de ruido, dada su ubicación, cosa que no sucede en muchos hoteles de Nairobi. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomendaría al 100%, para nosotros fue un lugar increíble.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and especially the location as it is located adjacent to the mall . The room is confert . Their staff are so helpful especially Natasha and Ibrahim at breakfast time . They are so sweet and very helpful to us as always .

I diffently will come back as I do love this hotel

The room provided a very comfortable experience, and all the facilities were in impeccable condition. The staff members were friendly and consistently prepared to offer assistance. The location within 2 Rivers Mall was truly fantastic.

何しろスタッフが良い。複数人に何か不便はないかと聞かれるし、レストランのスタッフも必ず声を掛けてくれる。朝食のビッフェはバリエーションもすごく多く、非常に満足。サラダもあり（日本人が食べてもおなかは壊さなかった）、リクエストベースでカフェオレやマサラチャイなども作ってもらえる。持ち帰り用のコップもリクエストベースでくれる。開放的なぬけのある景色が窓越しに見えて朝から気分が良い。10時までやっているが、ゆっくり食べていても追い出されることはなかった。24時間営業の夕食付のプランはコースタイプ。プラン用のメニューから、スターター（スープかサラダ）、メイン（牛、チキン、魚2種、カレー2種）デザート（フルーツかケーキ）、飲料1種（ソフトドリンク、水、コーヒー等）を組み合わせて選べる。なお、夕食のプランは昼食にも変更可能で（朝食を夕食には変更できない）、朝食も含めきれいにToGo用のパックにしてくれるのでフレキシブルな点は非常に助かった。
土日は夕飯がビッフェになっていた。
セキュリティゲートが全体のエリアにあり、ホテルやモールはそれに含まれるので、目の前のモール（11時まで営業の大型カルフールあり）に1人で行っても安全なので有難かった。
毎日掃除がキチンとされており、確認の担当もいるらしい。タオルはバスタオル2枚、中型2枚、小型1枚と十分。シャワーは自由に動かせるタイプで水圧もお湯の出も申し分なかった。ベット脇のコンセントもUSB（タイプA）と、普通のコンセント、デスクにはふつうのコンセントの他にUSBタイプAとCがあり、充電には困らなかった。無料のビンのミネラル水が2本おいてある。
会議終了後の夜中に、ナイロビ国立公園のツアーを打診したところ、早朝のツアーをアレンジしてくれたり、10泊したせいか、飛行機の出発時間の関係で1時までチェックアウトを無料で延長してくれたのは有難かった。

Cons:

強いて言えば、廊下の声が聞こえる。なんだかよくわからないコミッションフィーが請求時についていた点、なぜかケニアシリングではなくドル建ての精算だったこと（急いでいても必ず請求書は確認しましょう）、備え付けの湯沸かしポットからゴマが出てきたところ（使用の際は必ず一度煮沸して洗ってからがベター）。WhatAppに「あなたの宿泊を完成させるために支払いましょう」と来た時に「私の宿泊は確約されているのか？」という質問に無回答だったところ。

I traveled for a specific purpose and was not meant to socialize with friends. One friend got wind that I was around came and inquired about me . Without my consent someone at the front desk disclosed all my information! My privacy was breached!. Staff disclosed to a stranger about my stay, when I checked in and out.That was quite unprofessional.
