I recommend hotel highly my first time there but great service from management to staff friendly helpful very welcoming I travel around the world visit different hotels honestly I was treated like family here

LEAF front desk guards restaurant staff and room service you are amazing

Great restaurant
Pros:

Restaurants is very comfortable, Milka was very attentive and took our group's very convoluted and confusing order in strides and didn't make any mistakes. Loved the deal on the burgers and happy hour on drinks. They portions of food is very filling and delicious.

Friendly and Attentive Staff
Pros:

This was our third time staying at the Holiday Inn and each visit has been even better. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive, they even remembered my daughter’s doll’s name. We enjoyed exceptional service at dinner from Joyritta who went the extra mile to ensure that all our requests were attended to. Holiday Inn is definitely going to be our first choice, home from home.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Nice place, top-notch security system, amazing staff, good food, and comfortable room.

Cons:

The location was not too close to the places of interest. And the traffic is Nairobi didn’t help at all.

Milka I had the best service thank you so much. It made me feel like home because the savage was splendid and the Lady made sure I enjoyed myservice and that is the most important thing milka She’s the best in her job and I do appreciate that.

The stay was very pleasant; the staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was always clean and comfortable, and the location is in a very safe and nice part of the city, a 10-minute taxi ride from the UN. The accommodation offers affordable airport transfers. I would therefore like to thank the staff—specifically Felix, Nicolas, Edison, and Jonathan—for their great hospitality.

Cons:

The food didn't taste that great, but that's probably because we're used to different flavors. On the other hand, the fruit was always delicious.

The LSK Meeting............I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The food was very good, with plenty of options at every meal. The conference went well because the audio-visual equipment and sound were clear and worked without any problems.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The reception team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
