Pros:

Hele ruime, schone en moderne kamer. Elke dag wordt er schoongemaakt. Het zwembad is fijn en de locatie is prima. Het restaurant was geen aanrader, reden te meer om de leuke eetplekken in de buurt op te zoeken.

The aircon is too small for the room size so it has to run at full speed the whole time. The guy at reception could have been more helpful to our questions.

En tiempo de lluvia, se inunda todo al rededor del hotel. Y no tiene todo el estacionamiento techado, asi que aunque llegues en coche, entras empapado al hotel

Excellent hotel
Pros:

This was our second 35 days long stay at Palacio Maya. We liked the location, the facility, the garden and the pool, we liked our room and the excellent staff. We booked the same long stay in 2027.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. The one thing we would like to be added to our room is a floor standing light.

el personal del restaurante muy pésimo trato, no nos quisieron proporcionar el menú para room service ,mis niños hasta se sintieron mal del trato dado por la persona encargada.

Excellent stay, i would love to be back!!
Pros:

Very well located, safe to walk downtown, staff were very welcoming, positive and ready to fulfill our requests. Very nice setting, garden!

Cons:

The towels are toooo old. They should really be replaced. I have asked at the reception and they were very kind to give me newer ones. Bit I find it a pity with the high quality and efforts in a lot of domains, to let such an aspect lower your quality
