ที่พักเงียบสงบ ห้องสวยสะอาดและกว้างขวาง อาหารอร่อย พนักงานเป็นกันเองดีทุกคนคะ โอกาสหน้าจะไปพักใหม่คะ

ห้องพักขนาดก็มาตรฐานดี ความสะอาดยังต้องปรับปรุง ทำเลแย่มาก ห่างไกลจากร้านค้าและใจกลางเมือง จะไปไหนต้องหารถไป เป็นการตัดสินใจที่ผิดพลาดที่สุดในชีวิตที่เลือกจองโรงแรมนี้ ด้วยความไม่เคยมาและคาดการณ์ทำเลที่ตั้งกับใจกลางเมืองผิดพลาด วันที่ไปพักสระว่ายน้ำปิดปรับปรุง น้ำในสระดำเหมือนโคลน ในห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น แม้จะถือว่าราคาไม่แพงมาก แต่ไม่คิดจะไปพักอีกและไม่แนะนำให้ใครไปพักที่นี่เพราะกลัวโดนตำหนิเหมือนประสบการณ์ที่เราไปพักมาครั้งนี้

เป็นโรงแรมเก่าที่ renovate ใหม่ สภาพภายนอกดูใหม่แต่ในห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดมีคราบเหลือง และอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้เช่นผ้าเช็ดตัวต่างๆ ค่อนข้างสีหมองเก่ามากแล้ว ควรเปลี่ยนนะคะ

สิ่งที่ดีคือสตาฟแนะนำดีมาก มีจักรยานให้ยืมฟรี แล้วก็กลางคืนก็เงียบดี แต่ทางเข้าทางออกค่อนข้างสับสนวกวนไปหน่อย

This is a great hotel if it wasn't for the loud music and (drunken?) people chatting until after midnight on my first night. So, let's go through the good parts. I really like the comfy bed and the room was nice and clean. The mini fridge cooled really well. The Wifi was strong, although during the peak hours, the speed went down a bit. The staff at the reception was friendly and I love that you can borrow the bike from the hotel to explore Nan on your own. The pool was great too.

Now, I would like to rate this hotel as a 4 or even as a 5. But on my first night, I believe the hotel had a wedding party. I don't mind the party at all with music and people chatting loudly. But I hoped that the hotel staff would be considerate to other hotel guests and ask the party people to call it the night at the latest 11 pm. But this loud noise went on until sometime after midnight. This was unfortunately more than I can tolerate. And I don't think that I was the only guest with this opinion. Therefore, despite all the good points that this hotel has to offer, my rating end up with an Average 3. To the hotel management: Next time you have events at the hotel, please mind that other hotel guest would like to get some sleep too!

Stay here a lot, good location and friendly staff, will be staying here again and again in the future, buffet breakfast is nice

1. ทางโรงแรมให้ Key card ใบเดียวทำให้ไม่สะดวก ถ้าหากผู้เข้าพักทั้ง 2 คน ไม่ได้เข้าห้องพักในเวลาเดียวกันหรือออกไปทำกิจกรรมคนละที่
2. หมอนใบใหญ่ แต่นิ่มไปหน่อย
3. ทางเข้าไป ล็อบบี้ แปลกๆ งง ไปหน่อย

我住的房間在地下，非常清潔乾淨，窗口趟門出口就是吃早餐的地方，食物種類不多，環境尚算安靜，隔離就是泳池。

Different information for airport transfer given. First staff said it's charge 20 Baht per person, 2nd said charge 500 baht. 3rd one said 100 Baht per room.

Beautiful designed hotel. Great gym, pool and beds.

For me, this hotel is wonderful starting with the comfy beds and great linens, the Choi fish pools, and the modern gym, and then the staff who are friendly, efficient and attentive. Hands down, you won't find better value in Nan.

An awesome hotel for the price. Fantastic gym and pool. Just outside center of town, next to Big C. This hotel is very modern. Beds are very comfortable. I will most definitely come back here.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. There is a very nice pool with both a kiddie pool, shallow end and deeper end.
The beds and pillows at this hotel very comfortable! Often hotels in Thailand have hard bed and hard pillows, but this hotel's beds and pillows were wonderful.
The breakfast was a little disappointing, but adequate.
We would surely stay here again.
