💎 Atención 20/10: la joya escondida para descansar
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. A pesar de haber viajado en plena temporada alta en Ksamil, el hospedaje está alejado del bullicio, lo que me permitió descansar al 100%. La atención de Sara en el check-in y durante toda mi estadía fue inigualable; siempre estuvo pendiente de mí, incluso más porque le comenté que viajaba sola, y eso me dio mucha confianza y tranquilidad. Además, el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento, está en una zona muy segura y el apartamento es súper funcional: cocina completa, nevera amplia, kettle y todo lo necesario para preparar comidas si no quieres gastar en desayunos o cenas fuera. La limpieza, la comodidad y la atención son un 20/10.

Cons:

Lo único que me resultó un poco incómodo fue la ducha, ya que era de manguera y no tenía salida superior. Cumple su función, pero sería mucho más cómodo contar con una ducha fija.

Pros:

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful in so many ways!! We had some trouble with ATMs etc with American banks and they could not have been more nice about it. Absolutely the best hosts we had on our trip to Albania!!!

Having ants crawl around you and ruin your food, and the absurdness and rudeness of the owner at the end made the stay m
Pros:

One of the owners, Sarah, was quite friendly
The balcony was nice and spacious, with a beautiful view, and it had a net

Cons:

The main issue that made our whole stay really uncomfortable and stressful was ants, which were not only crawling all around, both on the floor and the counter, but also whenever we left any food like bread just wrapped in its original paper pack on the counter, it would be eventually covered with tons of ants

The place is located up a steep hill, getting back up there was sometimes exhausting

The shower has no curtain or anything at all, so the bathroom and toilet were constantly getting flooded

But the worst part was that several hours after we'd left, the other male owner called my number on WhatsApp and started rudely asking why we left the dirty dishes and didn't clean the place up; apparently, we were expected to leave it in the same state as it was when we checked in, which is quite ridiculous. The price is nowhere near low enough for it not to include any sort of housekeeping between guests. Getting such a useless and unpleasant call as I was in line for passport control completely ruined any positive feelings I had about the stay.
The sheets or towels were also never changed for the 8 nights we stayed

And it was also very noisy most of the time, there is some construction going on nearby and also the noise from other guests was quite annoying

One more big negative aspect was the uncomfortable and poorly equipped kitchen, there were literally only butter knives (had to ask for a normal one), no frying pan (upon my request I got another pot, not an actual frying pan), only a few forks etc, it was nearly impossible to use in general

Fair price for Ksamil
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, kitchen was well equipped, good parking spot near the house.

Cons:

The internet was working really badly and also the host seemed to forget about our reservation but he handled it pretty well after all.

Good size and location in a quiet area.

Cons:

The toilet seat needs to be replaced, it is vinyl and has rips it in. Water from the shower then gets inside the seat and you get wet every time you sit down… aside from this I would stay here again.

It was a perfect stay, in a very quiet place, everything was very comfortable in the apartment with AC. It was about a 7-minute walk from the beach ( bars and restaurants), so it was a perfect walk going down a small hill.

The beach

Cons:

The service was zero in this place. In one week no one came to clean and towels weren’t renewed. The guy had told us someone will come to clean every two days. We told him after 3 days that no one came so far, that the stove didn’t work and that there were ants everywhere. He said cleaning personnel was not there and will come the next day and he will fix the stove. Nothing happened. The room and location would have been nice but the service destroyed our experience. Wifi also didn’t work well.

Great place a small walk from town with beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of space.

Big space, great view from the balcony

Cons:

Wifi sadly didn’t reach the room but it worked just outside. Maybe not the case for all rooms. The host tried very hard to fix this for me.
The bed was also a little hard and squeaky but okay.
