Pros:

Kényelmes szép nagy apartmanok.Nagyon kedves segítőkész házigazda.Udvarban lehet parkolni.

Gyalog kicsit messze a központ meg a part.

Pros:

The room was a good size and it had a little balcony with seating. Strong AC which is a plus for the hot weather in Ksamil. Walking distance from the beach and the hosts were friendly and always available for questions.

Cons:

The beds were quite springy and could be uncomfortable depending on the position you sleep in

Un lugar muy tranquilo, para descansar, cama cómoda, limpio, y muy buena atención de los anfitriones
Pros:

La habitación tal como se ve, con parking privado, los anfitriones muy amables y pendientes, me dieron muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y comer, lugar cómodo y limpio, el acceso un poco alejado de la zona central pero si tienes carro está muy cerca, caminando si se siente más lejos porque son calles con subidas y bajadas grandes

Cons:

Que tuve que tirar la basura, me pareció muy extraño que me pidieran que la pusiera en una caneca pública, claro desconozco cómo funciona el servicio de recolección de basuras públicas

Gentilezza, pulizia e colazione ottima
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo appartamento e siamo state accolte calorosamente da Giuliano. È stato un soggiorno tranquillo, con tante comodità e abbiamo scelto di pagare con carta al momento dell'arrivo. La colazione era inclusa e abbondante, offerta presso un locale a pochi passi dall'appartamento, veramente ottima, con personale gentile e una buona varietà di prodotti! Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Cons:

L'appartamento si trova nella parte alta di Ksamil, noi eravamo a piedi ed è stato un po' faticoso da raggiungere, soprattutto con i bagagli, però è sempre molto vicino al centro e servito da taxi e parcheggio privato.

We had a very pleasant stay! We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young couple who showed us to our room. The host even helped us with our luggage. The room was spacious and bright, with a huge, comfortable bed. We also really enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfasts. Thank you for your hospitality! ❤️

Доброжелательные хозяева, быстро отвечают на сообщения, с ними быстро решаются все вопросы. Достаточно чистый номер. Есть всё необходимое

Неудобная кровать. Нет стиральных машин, чтобы постирать вещи, приходится идти в прачечную. Но самое неприятное, что нужно выискивать зелёные контейнеры для мусора. Мы должны сами собрать весь мусор и в день выезда (для нас это было 5:30 утра) искать по улицам Ксамиля баки для мусора, так как на территории отеля их нет. Нам пришлось собрать весь мусор и поставить в багажник машины, пока не найдём баки

Pros:

Stanza ordinata e buona posizione distante dalla movida di Ksamil ma permette di raggiungere le spiagge a piedi.
Sara e Tzuliano molto disponibili e organizzati.
Parcheggio riservato in cui abbiamo parcheggiato le moto.

La disponibilità dei proprietari, veramente gentili e disponibili

Cons:

La struttura è situata in una zona abbastanza trascurata a circa 1 km dal mare ,strada in salita .L'appartamento era nella norma (niente di che ) il box doccia inesistente ,mancava anche il sali scendi per tenere il doccino, il bagno si allagava tutte le volte che si faceva la doccia. Ultima cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata quella dover buttare via la spazzatura. Scrivo questo per far si che possino migliorare questi servizi ,perché la struttura con delle piccole accortezze vale di più. Grazie

Esta en una zona muy tranquila. Buen desayuno. Habitación muy grande. Aparcamiento dentro del edificio.

Cons:

El baño no dispone de mampara ni cortina y se llena todo el suelo del baño de agua.
