Staff friendly and welcoming

Najlepszy wybór! Strzał w dziesiątkę. Wspaniały personel- od recepcji po panie z obsługi na śniadaniu. Wszyscy pomocni, uśmiechnięci I życzliwi . Pokój rewelacja. Nieskazitelna czystość I funkcjonalność. Nowe meble, czyste ściany, pojemna szafa, wygodne duże łóżko. Bardzo dobre oświetlenie. Duża łazienka z blatem, na którym można swobodnie rozłożyć swoje kosmetyki. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i nawet zmieniono pościel. Duża pochwała dla pań sprzątających. Duży balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem oraz widokiem na góry. Wszystko jak na zdjęciu. Pod balkonem miejsce na samochody. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Wspaniałe śniadania, na które się czekało, ponieważ Wszystko smaczne, świeże. Dużo owoców, możliwość wyciskania soku i wspaniała kawa robiona przez panie. Cisza i spokój. Bliskość głównej ulicy z barami i kawiarniami i przecznicę dalej jezioro. Nawet nie 10 minut pieszo. Jestem mega zadowolona. Dziękuję.

Camera pulitissima, ordinata e bagno ampio. Colazione eccellente con tavoli all'aperto. Personale qualificato, professionale e accogliente in ogni reparto, dalla reception alla colazione.

I love the staff especially the receptionist Gigliola and also the breakfast team and the housekeepers they were full collaborating with us and very helpful.
Also the breakfast was very good , Assorted , flexible time and has most of the needed items

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Jahr in diesem Haus. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges frühstück Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal gern immer wieder

This is one ofthe best hotels I have ever stayed in. I will divide my review into sections as Garda Life deserves this.

Welcome - we arrived in the air conditioned foyer after a long , hot journey from Dublin and were met by the beautiful Iris. She welcomed us, checked us in efficiently and offered us a lovely glass of still of sparkling water. Perfect !

Rooms - wow !! Absolutely spotless. I have NEVER been in a hotel this clean. It was like everything was brand new . And everything has been thought of . Rooms have a small balcony with a washing line , all toiletries are provied and the mini bar is restocked with fizz , wine , Bounty bars and pistachios every day !! Cleaning was immaculate. The beds were the most comfortable I ever slept in with crisp white linen and were changed at some stage during the 5 days. And best of all - perfect air conditioning meaning coming back to the room was a huge relief and a good night's sleep was had by everyone .

Location - perfect . About 5 minutes outside the town but in a quiet area . Easy to access the lake, restaurants etc. and our room included bike hire. We had such fun cycling around Riva and its environs .

Staff - everyone was so nice from the reception to the breakfast staff to the cleaners . A special mention to Giogolina who treated us as if we were family . I ordered drinks one night and dropped them on the way to the room. I felt like such a fool as she had both offered to bring up the drinks or call the lift. I smashed glass /beer / wine and crisps eveywhere ! She cleaned it all up with a smile, replaced everything and brought it to our room . Thank you - and sorry again . Note drinks are great value and served with crips and nuts . We enjoyed watcjing some of the World Cup matches in the lovely bar area .

Breakfast - the star of the show . One day I counted SIXTEEN fruits . Strawberries, bluberries, raspberries, blackberries , guava, pomegranate seeds as well as all the other usual fruits . Delicious mueslis and cereals, pastries, breads and cakes changing every day . We ate in the beautiful back garden and that with the lovely staff was one of the highlights .

I asked them if they could possible recreate Garda LIfe EVERYWHERE as I would never stay anywhere else again. I also feel it has ruined me for other hotels as the standard here is just SO high . So thank you, Garda Life . AMAZING !!!!!!
