Skøn beliggenhed og venligt og imødekommende personale. Området er noget slidt, men vi ville til enhver tid vende tilbage.

C est une bande de jeune ados qui font tourner cet hôtel qui sont toujours sur leur ordi ou téléphone vous avez l impression de les déranger. Le petit dej est très bon . Le resto n'est pas terrible et cher pour ce que c'est. L endroit est magnifique mais très isolée de tout .

Great location for exploring Cat Ba National Park areas like Ngu Lam Peak as the property is located right in the park. Scooter rental on site is convenient to visit Cat Ba town and is a very scenic ride along the seaside. Staff is awesome. Great value for food and drinks. Quiet in evenings which we enjoyed but if you’re looking for lively night life, this might not be for you. Man made lake is not suitable for swimming as water is low and a bit stagnant. Brighter lighting in the bungalow would be nice as it was difficult to read with the existing light. There are many ducks, geese, chickens and a few pigs as part of the farm which are fun to watch. Overall, we loved the place and the staff and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a quieter, nature loving experience.

While Cat Ba National Park is beautiful, this accommodation is far from anything good. The “outdoor pool” is the dirty lake where local come to enjoy the experience. The restaurant has given me food poisoning and could not serve us any breakfast one day as the chef wasn’t there and they had no bread, it’s was 8.30 am. The staff often made us feel uncomfortable and don’t speak any English making it hard to ask for anything such as bottled water, which on one day the completely ran out of. The cabins are small and not clean.
Overall I could not wait to leave as the stay was not pleasant.

Nous étions de passage à Cat Bà après une croisière sur jonque.
Nous voulions passer une journée dans la jungle de Cat Bà et avons été séduits par cet hôtel, au coeur de la réserve, face à un "lac".
Quelle déception en arrivant : personne venant nous accueillir et si l'hôtel était bien placé dans le parc naturel, le lac était en réalité un bassin artificiel .... vide !
De plus, si toutes les chambres supposées donner sur le lac, le sont bien, notez que tous vos voisins passent devant votre baie vitrée et ont une vue imprenable sur l intérieur de votre chambre. Au final, vous finissez par laisser les rideaux fermés et avoir une chambre aveugle.
Pour avoir de l eau chaude, pensez à allumer l interrupteur du chauffe eau 10 mn avant (mais personne ne nous l'a dit).
Il y a des tasses et une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais ni sachet de thé ou de café.
Enfin, l'hôtel n'était ouvert que depuis 3 mois et était encore en travaux.
Au coeur du parc naturel, l'emplacement est top, même si crapauds, oiseaux et autres animaux et coqs vous empêchent de fermer l oeil ... mais c'est la jungle me direz vous! Donc top.
Le personnel n'était pas très agréable et peu accueillant.
La carte du restaurant avait plus de choix de pas pizzas que de plats locaux. Dommage
L'hôtel est excentré à 30 mn en mobylette.
Bon rapport qualité prix malgré tout.
