Hotel DreamWorld Las Pinas

I am a ofw working for a years and wanting to have a great vacation but the experience here is worst. I didnt able to rest properly because of the washroom smell and unsafe room that have broken lock and the surrounding area was so loud. I will never stay in this hotel again. Yucky washroom

This is a nasty, dirty, unsanitary type hotel, highly recommended to go to the SM across and buy new sheets and blankets.

A/C was great and needed it. Mostly quiet. Room overall fine. Shower was just warm so that was ok, but i like water hot.

duting the time of the stay no internet service and the tv only three channels. you need to walk up in the stairs bc they don’t have lift

False advertisement! It’s a motel for short time period! It’s a drive inn motel!! It’s not for a longer stay! So I have to shout out to people to beware to this motel!!!! No amenities no refund!!! Scary place! Anyone can be in danger to this motel!
Wish this motel should be blocked!!!!!!

Staying at Hotel Dreamworld Las Pinas was so good. They were fast to attend my needs.

Very accessible to stores and walkable going SM Southmall. However, the supplies (water and tissue) were not ready when we checked-in. Still, the service and location is good.

So dirty and the Room attendants are totally useless and prqctically irrelevant same can be said about most of the staff, most are seen laying around and dosing off/ relaxing, whilst they say the room will be ready in 10 minutes but it'd take them 30 minutes or more to prepare due to relaxing and not caring about the customers. Most can be said about the RA/room attendants, they're useless piles of filths that practically yes boss OJT students around and benefit from that, they also show unprofessionalism along side laziness, lack of respect to guests, and overall provide guests with a bad experience, and thats just the RA/room attendants not including the rooms themselves which are nonetheless the most filthiest I've ever seen.

Disappointing and very uncomfortable. Key card was missing, dirty bath tub. Didn't stay, walked out and went to a hitel that was more comfortable

This is the worst hotel that i ever been, The hotel that doesn’t protect the privacy of the guest. I’m sleeping at 1am in the morning and the bell boy along side with someone opened the first door and forcing to open the second door by trying to remove the hook. Then when i asked why his opening the door hence he blame me for not locking the second door. The hell that reason, why do i have to locked and secure myself if i know that i paid for my room and expecting the security. That’s too alarming, but when i talked to the person In charge it doesn’t look that new for them. I tried also to address to the management and send to their email but no response seems that they used to have this complaint. I don’t believe that i paid 1.9k for the non privacy hotel.

Just to warn for the future guest, NEVER COME HERE! AVOID THIS HOTEL ON YOUR STAYCATION LIST.

This place has one thing going for it. Definitely inexpensive. It does most of its business in renting by the hour and is not great for those looking at staying long term.

The Bad:

They dont give out keys and no card lock systems. The doors lock from the inside but the only way to secure your room when you leave is to ask a staff member to lock it and open it again upon your return. There are alot of staff around and they do seem to be aware of who belongs where.

No hot water. They say "warm water only". Warm is being generous. Maybe 80F°/27C° at best. Shower head had major leak, reported, no effort to fix so it sprayed water everywhere. No extra towels to serve as a bath mat making exiting the high sided tub a dicey process.

Phone in room stopped working. Notified staff. Was still dead 4 days later.

Wifi seems to reset/disconnect every couple hours forcing you to log back in regularly.

Housekeeping only if you ask. No real attempt otherwise.

The good:

Inexpensive

Clean

Staff generally very polite and helpful.

Room service food was far better than expected

Tub large enough for two, as long as you don't mind your body heat being the primary source of heat.

So if you need a place for a little fling, probably fine. Looking for amenities and security... Stay far far away.

It was a drive-in type of place. The room is different from the pictures. I asked if we can change rooms. The 2nd room was just a little better.

We thought that it was really clean but sadly was not. It smelled in the toilet and the sheets are not clean. But I have to mention that the staff are nice and friendly.

The staff are accomodating. Clean and quiet place to stay. Quality room for a reasonable price

The sad part room does not have hot shower. The ceiling of parking has leaking water coming from our bathroom. The bathroom has a foul smell.
