Pros:

Fan was broken and didn't work, washroom and mirrors weren't clean, food was disgusting. Staff said it would take 1 to 2 hours to prepare food in the hotels kitchen so they got food from outside. booked two rooms together but were given one room on second floor and one was on 3rd.
